Powers: Luis has honed her parkour skills to a fine art on the streets and alleys of Mexico City. Her athleticism is legendary. She alwayss draws huge crowds at every Hero-Con she attends.

Powers: Trained by her father in a variety of martial arts and the use of historical weaponry, Rose turned her grief into vengeance following the assassination of her father by a corrupt politician.
