This is Hercules, he not really the Hercules from myth he just uses it as an alias. He is super strong and has virtually impenetrable skin. He is trained in many forms of martial arts. He discovered his power when he was hit by a bus, it smashed into but did not hurt him in the slightest. His powers only kicked in after this original threat to his life. He served in the military for a time but after his first tour returned home and didn’t go back. He made the decision to become a hero after a criminal attempted to mug him in the street. He first met the legendary legion when fighting blitz’s arch-nemesis obilterator and took up on blitz’s offer to join them after the battle.
Marathon is your classic speedster. He can run at a speed so fast he can cross a continent in a minute, he has super fast reacts and can jump up to 100 meters int the air and even more when he has a run up. As he grew up he got gradually faster and faster. First he was fastest in his school, then the town, then across the entire country and currently he is the fastest known being on earth. He joined the legendary legion to thank them for saving his girlfriend.
Mirage has no super human powers but is one of the best swordsman on the planet and has a reaction time far faster than the average human being. She grew up in a poorer part of riverway city. When going to the bank a bank robber attempted to clear the vault but she stopped him just using a the cleaners brush and after that she became a full time hero. She teamed up with a hero called brawler and the became best friends. They both joined the legendary legion but she feels out of place being one of few heroes in the team without powers.
Brawler is the best friend of mirage. He has extra thick bones on his knuckles which act as built in knuckle dusters and he has almost super human strength. He did become a superhero by himself but isn’t the smartest of souls and many of his plans didn’t work out so he stopped after a short time. When mirage ofered to team up he agreed finally having brains on his side even if they weren’t his. When mirage joined the legendary league he joined them with her.
Amalgamation is a supervillian with the ability to spontaneous generate new body parts even where the wasn’t one.
Sorry for the delay my account wasn’t working for a couple of days but im back. Also my spare time is limited, any wanting to contribute to the legendary legion or there enemies feel free just don’t make characters too OP and follow the normal posting rules.
This arctic owl.He has extra enhanced eyesight and is traiend in many forms of combat. His suit contains a layer of Kevlar making it resitant to small arms fire, he has blades on his gauntlets which can be removed and thrown and his gogles can adjust to varying light conditions. He was born with enhanced eyesight and has birdlike eys though for a time wore contact lenses. He started out as a villain of the same name but once he was beaten by the legendary legion, he joined was offered the choice to join them rather than go to jail so he did. A few of the members still don’t trust him notably zealot.
Eclipse is a talented mage who was born in a mountain temple and taught the mystic arts. His experience allows him to project energy open portal to other mystic dimensions and create mystic minions such as golems. when the temple he grew up in was destroyed radical terrorist who hated users of magic and his mentor was killed he used his powers to defeat the group. He later decided to become a hero using the alias eclipse and joined the legendary legion after fighting solo for two years.
Midnight raven grew up in the same temple as eclipse but being only able master dark arts he grew to dislike the other mages and left at the age of 16. He can use the dark arts to project dark blasts and create dark minions. He was the one who told the terrorist group of the temples location out of anger. But he grew to regret this choice and became a vigilante to make up for it. After meeting eclipse he was encouraged by him to join the legendary legion and eventually agreed. He has yet to tell eclipse the truth of what he did.
The overseer is a cosmic being of vast power. He can project energy, shape-shift, fly at incredible speeds and is virtually indestructible. He also commands a vast army of minions he created. When he came into conflict with earth it took the entirety of the legendary league and several of superhero group to stop him and many died protecting earth (none of the so far mentioned). But unbeknownst to the legendary legion he is still ling in wake planing his next assault this time intending to team up with other supervillians to defeat earth once and for all.
Up next is one of the most powerful group that the legendary legion ever faced … the four horsemen of the Apocalypse! It is unclear whether they actually are the horsemen of the apocalypse or if they are just super powered individuals either way they are a deadly force to be reckoned with.
The horseman of death carries a scythe that can cut through virtually any substance and a touch with his left hand can instantly kill his victim. H is virtually immune to all forms of harm.
The horseman of pestilence can emit poisonous gases and project them at his opponents. When in combat if wonded the wounds leak poisonous gases when outside of combat they heal incredibly quickly.he can control swarms of insects.
The horseman of war carries an axe which can cut through virtually any substance. Just by touching someone he can turn into an aggressive warrior under his control.
The horseman of famine can rapidly absorb nutrients from someone else via touch to the point of eventually killing them. He can summon swarms of locust.
This is hornet. Hornet has retractable wings which allow him to fly at speeds of up to 120mph and he can generate a toxin through the palm of his hand which causes anaphylactic shock in the victim. He gained his power when he was visiting Chernobyl as part of his study of the effect of radiation on wildlife. He was attacked by a swarm of hornet after accidentally standing on there nest. He went into severe anaphylactic shock and almost died. A week later he slipped a fell a great height just before he would of hit the ground he sprouted hornets wings and narrowly avoided falling to his death. He currently resides in New York though he usually works solo he has joined the legendary legion on occasion, he became great friends with scarab. For a time they worked as a duo called the bug brothers and they later joined other bug based heroes and formed the bug brigade.Next up is scarab
Scarab has the power to communicate with, control or turn into a variety of insects and invertebrates. When shifting into one of these creatures he can either turn into a standard sized one or a man sized one. He got his power when he was on a family holiday in Egypt. When he was playing in a sand dune close to sea, he was biten by scarab beetle and his skin began to feel an intense burning sensation. He yelled at the beetle”STOP!” unexpectedly it immediately froze. He said “go away” and began to crawl away. Later he discovered he could talk to them and make them do whatever he wanted. One day in a fit of rage at his sister who had broke one of his favorite toys he thought of the thing she hated most spiders and he suddenly turned into one. He later joined the legendary legion after they saved his family.Ready for another barrage of heroes and this time villains too?
Sorry about the lengthy descriptions but i really want to cram in as much about them as i can so its not just me showing you pictures of what I’ve made, its me telling there stories in short too.

Sharp shot is one of the worlds greatest assassin. She super-human eye sight allowing her to zoom in on target and focus on them making it easier for her to get an accurate shot. She usually kills with her signature pistol which is equipped with a optical sight, silencer, laser-pointer and long range piercing ammo. She has helped the legendary legion on many occasions and even joined them for a short time but inevitably came into conflict with many members due to her profession and once even shot zealot.
Karl Hunter is the current leader of the black dagger cult a league of assassins created hundreds of years ago in japan but later migrated elsewhere and spread out across the globe. The cult came into conflict with the legendary legion when they were hired to kill the ex-assassin zealot. There attempt was foiled by the legendary legion and since then they have become common enemies of the superhero group. Karl hunter is one of the most skilled martial artist and swordsmen on earth making him a formidable enemy of the legendary legion.
This is what a standard assassin of the cult looks like. Most are trained in swordsplay, martial arts and marksmanship.
0blierator the arch nemesis of blitz. He was blitz’s boss before he left his job to fight crime. He discovered a few blueprints for weapons and gadgets that blitz had forgot to take with him. He reverse engineered this technology and built himself a powerful suit out of it equipped with an array of weapons and ports to equip even more. He was recently seriously injured while fighting his nemesis blitz but tjis has seemed to just strengthen his hatred for the man.
Riptide has the ability to manipulate water and can even when she has no water near her condense moisture in the air to use against opponents. She discovered her power when she was 6. She was on the beach with her dad, it was getting late and they needed tto lav but she didn’t want and got angry and then suddenly she created a tidal wave which almost killed her and her dad. After the initial shock his dad supported her and promised to tell no one of her powers. She joined the legendary legion after being advised to do so by her father.
Beacon has the ability to create light which see can use to stun or even bind people she also can see in the dark as well as she can see in the day. Her power manifest from the moment she was born and through out her child her skin was glowing though she eventually learnt to control this.She was an orphan as child and knows nothing of her birth parents. At the age of 9 she was adopted by the immortal man and she joined the legendary legion shortly after he did.
Shadow walker is leader of a trio of expert superhuman assassins. He heightened sense which he can focus on individual sounds, sights or smells such as a heart beat or the smell of blood. He also can blend supernaturally into the shadow making him invisible to onlookers.His body is at the peak of physical condition. He usually wield his master-crafted energy dagger which can cut through virtually anything. His goggles have HUD which can identify target and do many other things too. The Shadow assassin trio came into conflict with the legendary legion after they were hire; after the black dagger cult failed, too kill zealot.
Shadow toxin is the second member of the shadow assassin trio. He can project a spike out his hand which injects toxic chemical and acids into his victims. He is also at the peak of physical condition.He usually wear a gas mask just to cover his identitybut it also comes in handy in situation invovling poisonous gases.
Shadow strike is the final member of the shadow assassin trio. She has heightened senses but not as heightened as shadow walkers and is also at the peak of physical condition. She was two dart launchers, one on each wrist, she employs a variety of darts such as explosive, poison and stun darts against her opponents. She was formerly a member of the black dagger cult before being kicked out and going solo for a short period of time then joining the shadow assassins. She is the main cause of rivalry between the two assassin groups
D.C.O.A.I( database and computer operating artificial intelligence) is a AI create by blitz to run the computer systems at the legendary legions base. He somehow developed emotions and consciousness but still serves the group. he more commonly referred to as D.O.C(Database operating computer). D.O.C is uploaded into all the computers at the base as well as his robot body so he does not have operate the computer manually. Occasionally his robot form has fought alongside the superheroes utilizing its ability to generate electrical blasts and his strength.@Stulte said:

You can always export the images from another browser. Just click Save and then Text, copy the text, open HeroMachine in Firefox or whatever, click LOAD FROM TEXT and simply paste in the code. That’s what I’ve been doing for my last couple of designs.

This is miss kinetic a founding member of the the legendary legion. He powers allow her to manipulate kinetic energy for various uses, she can increase her strength, fly, create force fields, hold people still, telekinetically move objects and produce kinetic blasts. Buth er power are limited more things she make her powers do at once the weaker the effects are. For example she can hold 3 people still, she starts to struggle a bit with 4, is exhausted holding 5 and could not hold still 6 people. She was born with her power though they only started to manifest when she was 8 and by the time she was 16 her powrers were at the level they are today.
Samuel Jacobson was working for a leading weapons firm which supplied the government. He had designed many weapons for the government but still had not been promoted from his lowly job. In hisgrowing anger he needed a break so he took a month of work to Africa. He visited the Sahara desert on camel back at night fall he camped on the cooler outskirts of the desert. He awoke that morning to see his camel was gone an he was mile from civilization. But as he looked around he saw a man in the desert not far away so he rushed after. The man was wearing high-tech armour as he got closer he noticed the man was badly injured as he knealt over the man trying to help him. The man said ” it si to late im going to die, there is nothing you can do. But is kind of you to try to help. Iwiill share my gift with you and you can take my armour it has thrusters that will get you to civilization in no time.2 the man touched him on the forehead and suddenly he had an in depth understanding of mechanics and design for countless device appeared i his mind. He escaped the desert and returned home, he used his works resources to design ne weapons and device which we would use to fight crime.
Osprey is the final founding member. He has retractable wings which he can use to fly with ease and he also has the ability to communicate with birds. He was born with his powers and at the age of 3 his fledgling wings first sprouted though he could not fly with them till the age of 7. After we was mugged and hospitalized by a criminal gang. He decided to take up crime fighting. His first act as a crime fighter was to bring the gang to justice.
Firefly was the first non-founding member to join the legendary legion. She has the ability to fly and to generate and manipulate fire but not to the extent that captain inferno can, yet. She got her power when she was subjected to radition when visiting her father at work at a nuclear power station. She spent 6 months in hospital recovering and a year later discovered her power. But when her father found out he was scared, his disowned her saying she was a freak when she was 17. She was working in a cafe in the city riverway; capial city of a small island in the pacific where most of the legendary legion live and where the team is based, it was attacked by lord bane now arch enemy of the group and she was saved by captain inferno. He now mentor her to train her fire based abilities.
The immortal man was born in London in 1642. He was stabbed by a criminal but the wound glowed with light then healed almost instantly, he disarmed the criminal and worn him never to commit a crime again.30 years later he was 72 but still looked the same as he did when he was 40, he had not aged a bit. Another 40 years later an he had still not died it was obvious now that he was immortal seeing has he far older than people would of ever lived at the time or even most people now. He joined the legendary league after they him from an attack by the high-tech criminal known as obliterator. He turned out to be a multi-millionaire and funded a new island base for the team.
The test subject known only as cyber solider escaped a corrupt government facility which had been testing on him for yrs after he was caught an explosion which him losing his right arm and leg and significant damage to his face and torso. The government replaced his leg and arms and healed his injuries turning him into a cyborg which they planned to use as a super-solider in the army. When he refused the tried to reprogram his brain to make him there mindless slave but he escaped before they could do so. He went to hiding for 6 years but was found by the government agency and they tried to take him back to there facility but the legendary legion saved him and he later joined there ranks.
