Reporter: That was the Governments program to make supers to police the supers??
Patrol Man: Yes, they were not having much success. They had a strength formula but every one who tried it went mad then died
Reporter: what about Mad Jack??

Reporter: Isn’t Mad Jack a result of the C.O.P.S. program
Patrol Man: I’m not sure about that. There is a rumor that he is a result of the program but no one knows for sure where he came from. Okay where was I??

Patrol Man: yea no real success the had tried radioactive insects, Gamma bombs, there was the suit of armor that they had limited success with. Let me see what else there was the android that burnt to a cinder every time they tried to use it……..

No, I am not a strange visitor from another planet, I am not the last son of a dying world… But what do you call yourself when you wake up one day and find you are faster than a speeding bullet? More powerful than a locomotive? Able to leap tall buildings in a single bound? Able to change the course of mighty rivers?
For a while I used the S word, but while I can fight off an alien swarm, I found that I could not defeat the lawyers from Warner Communications. I used The Super Man for a while but that just wasn’t right.
The papers called me The Hero Formally Known As Superman for a while.
Now, a few have started calling me Ultra man, but every time I hear that I think of a silver giant fighting monsters that look like guys in rubber suits.
This is what the event did to me. It gave me all the powers of my all-time fave comic book hero. Even gave me the ability to mentally summon this suit into being. Too bad it didn’t give me the ability to come up with a cool name.
