TrekkieParticipantNice colour choices on the Golden Beetle- simple and striking.
TrekkieParticipantGreat lighting! Your effort’s definitely paying off.
TrekkieParticipantDolly!
TrekkieParticipantUnknown (As in old BBC anthology show ‘Out of the Unknown’)
TrekkieParticipantAnd here’s a second member of Josie’s team, Alex:
And a head shot:
TrekkieParticipantCongrats Di, and it’s great to see that the States is finally making this step towards equality. I only hope that over here they can follow the lead of other countries and stop debating the issue in Commons and just make same-sex marriage legal.
TrekkieParticipantDetails-wise, could I possibly throw in the suggestion that the Scotsman be ginger? (Apparently Scotland has the highest percentage of gingers (13%), so it would make sense…)
TrekkieParticipantSo there I was, browsing through my HM creations, which also consisted of some old stuff from an old computer, and I discovered one particular creation came just before Josie, and I thought it would be an interesting comparison to show how my HM style’s evolved since approx. 2010.
-drumroll-…
Behold, Thunderbolt!:
Notice my attempt at backlighting by making Colour1 the lighter colour. But since I didn’t do that on the skin, it doesn’t really work.
TrekkieParticipantSorry to hear about your situation, my friend. ‘Fraid I can’t really offer anything in terms of suggestions, but best of luck in finding something anyway.
TrekkieParticipantIndelible?

@Trekkie: You mentioned details–do you think detail on the vase on the woman’s head is plain enough? It was too small for me to be sure. I intended it to look like another 3-line comic strip, but the best image I could get was very tiny and far from complete.I think it works- I can tell what it’s meant to look like, despite the size.
TrekkieParticipantNice! All the little details are great, especially the cracked parts.
TrekkieParticipant-shudder- Nasty! Great image, though.
TrekkieParticipantUh… Non?
TrekkieParticipantThanks guys! I’m glad you like the shading so much.
