TiberiusMemberThank you everyone for the compliments! You guys (and Gals) are great! JR, thank you for the help on the tweaking, it really means a lot to get help from what others can see and think.
Sometimes your looking for so long at a picture your making that things might be a little off and don’t stand out like it might otherwise. I try to let pictures sit for a while sometimes, but even that doesn’t always help, so thank you again for helping out!
TiberiusMemberOk, here is Arachnid with tweaks. I changed the color on the Pads and Helm (Darker). Changed the mechanical arms. I also moved his arm in a bit and made it slightly larger as I agree on it not looking like it was attached.
The only change I’m keeping here are the silver spikes on the Shoulder pads as they are not part of Arachnid’s real anatomy. (The slightly green ones are coming through his outfit).

TiberiusMemberHere’s one that was pretty fun to make. He will be a villain in our supers RPG for sure when we get around to playing it. I had some additional things in this picture at first, but decided they were best for another character. The background looks blurry because I was trying to convey the focus on the characters movement swinging ‘down and around’. Here’s Arachnid.

TiberiusMember@ Lull-carae – Thank you kindly for all the nice words. I’m glad I was able to convey the transformation for people to ‘see’ it, as that was definitely my goal. Your compliments are most appreciated!
TiberiusMemberI’m liking the Dwarves, great job on them. I also had a laugh when I first looked at ‘Snack’. You seemed to have captured that pretty well (and titled it perfectly).
HB is looking good! Nice pose!
TiberiusMemberI’m sure once you get a good handful of artwork on here, people will start giving good advice, tips and critiques. Your English is quite good, so no worries there my friend.
TiberiusMemberLots of good pictures here! Nice start (or re-start!).
You have some very creative ideas here, can’t wait to see more!
TiberiusMemberWelcome to the forums, Alex! I’ll second what Vengeance said, I hope to see some original art soon.
TiberiusMemberAs usual, an amazing scene! The way the buildings and people are situated is just great! That alone is a cool pic, but then you add in the violence and intensity of the shooting and it’s amazing.
I have 2 things to add here, one is a question.
1. What exactly is the thief stealing? I’m wondering if there is a whole story behind that object as well. Forgive me if this is already listed somewhere (I’m running on fumes here, pretty tired).
2. It looks like the mask on the thief is layered over his gun/hand. Other than that, it’s another amazing work of art my friend!
TiberiusMemberWoohoo! Cyrus background stuff!
The family photo is awesome! You totally nailed that entire picture, Cliff. All their expressions are wonderful. You made the entire baby look like a baby. Every time I look at the baby I laugh because it’s just so well done and the entire picture is just ‘happy’. Way to go on that one!
The Teenager pic- I feel bad for him in a way as it looks like he’s waking up from a really rough night of.. I’m not sure what.
Cop and Detective pic- Good overall pictures here. Great colors and outfit. I like the McCloud name tag (looks possibly stitched on), glad you have that in there. I like how he is clean shaven/cut in this pic and then in the Detective one he has grown the facial hair and the head of hair is longer. Great pose and outfit on the detective pic. It shows an attitude and a confidence about him. Great pictures, my friend! Keep them coming. I’m hoping to see a pic of the Museum thief/cop killer.
Nice picture of the Galatian. The underwater scene is amazing, Cliff.. as is expected of your backgrounds. Just so much depth (no pun intended) in that scene, awesome job!
TiberiusMember@ JR – Thanks for that! It’s most appreciated.
@ Cliff – No worries on the shoulder pad, my friend! Those feathers made it a ‘busy’ area. As far as poses go, I’m improving on those. I have a really cool one that will be posted soon that I just finished about 5 days ago. He’s probably my favorite one yet (the character, not so much the background).
That whole background was created because you inspired me to give a little more ‘pep’ to them and because I know I should produce something better than just a basic graphic. I’m glad you mentioned the TV Alert, thank you! That was a fun little thing to make. Thanks for all the compliments, my friend!
TiberiusMemberThis is my first attempt at creating a superhero who is in mid-transformation. It’s a pretty basic pose because I knew this was going to be a lengthy process and I didn’t want to make this whole attempt take much longer than it did.
He just got back from a late night jog. His costume is in the background as he is just getting the alert to ‘change’ and suit up. For now I’m calling this guy, Quartz.

TiberiusMemberGreat characters, Funkmachine! I’m a big fan of the ‘era’ your making a lot of these characters from. Well done on all the characters I’ve seen so far.
I was wondering if the way the Hoplites are standing if that is a hint at their ‘phalanx’ tactics?
TiberiusMemberWow, these are some great looking characters! Very nicely done. The backgrounds on them are really fun to read, so thank you for adding those. Judge is my favorite of the newest ones. I’ll be going through your gallery from start to finish asap (I’m somewhat new on the forums).
Great works, my friend!
TiberiusMemberOhh, Charcoal is looking good! All good effects you have going there and I’m liking his ‘hair’ quite a bit. I think Cliff is a master at effects so if you can’t match it exactly, it’s understandable.
He’s working on me to make better backgrounds (as it wasn’t my focus when I started with the HM). I’m sure he will describe in detail how he did that effect if you really want to nail it down.
