As the Greek Gods passed their powers on to a new generation the Egyptian and Norse Gods did as well. The new Egyptians Gods aren’t as animalistic as there predecessors but just as powerful but just as any other person taking up an old mantle they are going to look different and the same is with gods. Donald Lawson was on his way to the court to defend a client he knew was guilty and hoping karma would come back and bite that man in the hindquarters. A jackal appeared out of nowhere and bit Donald instead of pain Donald felt great power flowing through him gaining the powers of Anubis the Egyptian God of the dead and embalming. In the courtroom his client sat there with a smug look on his face thinking about getting away with over twenty murders. Donald could see the man’s heavy heart and ripped it out of his chest instantly embalming the man and causing the heart to burst into flames.
This is a work in progress so let me know what you think about the design and back-story.
Gordon Reed was just like any other college student until he met Vorcha’ne an alien superhero wounded in battle that told him that Gordon and his friends were destine to be the new Power Stone Corps. Vorcha’ne took them to Peblos and showed them the Stone of Power as he died the stone granted each one of the students with powers when they touched a certain color on the stone. After each one got their powers there were two colors not touched brown and black which the stone said was unimportant at the time. The stone sent them back to Earth to train to defeat Dark Matter. Gordon became the Red Power Stone and could fire red energy blast, fly, breath in space, translate any language, and control fire. As they trained more and more was revealed about the past of the Power Stone Corps and Dark Matter. The group would face huge challenges that Dark Matter threw at them hoping they would die he even turned their best friend into the evil Parasite. Parasite would become the Power Stone Corps. greatest enemy in and out of uniform on Earth.
On Earth 3 an event happen that changed that world forever. During the Kronosian War Nighthawk of Earth 3 died in the first conflict being killed by Kronos himself this caused the timeline to shift of that of Earth 1. Due to the death of one human that on Earth 1 was able to convince Ajax to do the what needed to be done and teleport both Kronos and himself to a planet made Paradoxium the rarest mineral in the galaxy which unfortunately three pieces were on Earth one held by Ajax, Kronos, and Nighthawk. On Earth 3 however no one talked Ajax into this dissension and the war continued four years longer than that of Earth 1’s. The skies were half clear,blue and sunny and the other half was dark, cloudy, and chaotic. It rained everyday during the war yet each day there was a drought or a flood. Finally the force of good were defeated by the forces of evil. Kronos ended the battle by stabbing Ajax in the chest with his broken spear of Paradoxium. After that the he reshaped the Earth into his on chaotic image and slowly killing off every superhero that ever lived. Kronos made his capital in Saint City where he had killed Nighthawk in the very first battle renaming the town Nighthawk Falls. Years later most of the regular people had died due to the crime, insanity, rebellions, or just to amuse Kronos. Kronos then made billions of clones each one with a different personality to rule over. One clone however had a heroic personality and powers of an atomic bomb, he decided that what Kronos was doing was wrong and found the last remaining piece of Paradoxium donning the late Nighthawk’s costume he made his way to Kronos’ palace and supercharged the Paradoxium as Nighthawk Falls became a crater Kronos killed the rebel and ruled to this day bringing some of the heroes back alive just to kill them in new and exciting ways.

Speaking of terrible births being a lover to a god isn’t very fun either when the child comes. The new Poseidon has a few children each with a different woman (one of the few things the new gods have in common with the old ones beside powers). The new Hera angry with the male gods making commitments to one woman then sleeping with another decided to curse each god with one child that would haunt them for the rest of their lives. Poseidon and a lovely surfer gal had a fun time and if you ask her she had the worst end of the deal. The woman went to the hospital and when the baby came it felt like it had horns. Three nurses fainted and the doctor said a very bad word as he held up the child where the woman could see it. The child did in fact had horns; in fact it had hoofs as well as being covered in black fur and a head very similar to a bull. The woman fainted knowing that she gave birth to a monster she gave birth to the new Minotaur. She was a very strong woman and raised the boy/calf or whatever you may call it and of course he was a vegetarian but had a terrible temper and destroyed everything when he had a tantrum. He grew up to fulfill Hera’s curse and attacked a school nearly killing the man that would become All-Star and joining the Animal Kingdom before getting kicked out due to his bullheadedness and uncontrollable nature. He soon found a home with others like him and happily serve the Dark Olympians.
Alexis Young was a college student getting her history degree when a funnel of ancient words of wisdom began swirling around then giving her the powers of Athena. Alexis is now the new goddess of wisdom and war her great battle plans helped the new Olympians defeat Cronus on many occasions and put the new Ares in his place. Her wisdom is greatly sought after by many though she seems to choose who to teach things to. Recently Alexis been obsessed with Nighthawk and his ingenious way of thinking in the midst of battles this led the two to a one night stand and Alexis giving birth to an already 18 year old daughter. The girl Bailey Young became Amazon and part of the Young Olympians. Though Alexis and Nighthawk still have feelings for each other their daughter does not care for her weak mortal father and claims that Alexis is a maiden goddess. Alexis still is trying to come up with a battle plan to get Amazon and Nighthawk to talk to each other with no success so far.

For five years Jake Bailey was Nobody a thug’s worst nightmare and urban legend to most everyone else. One day a guy name Boris Newman came into Saint City and replaced the entire Saint City Police Department with robotic officers. This didn’t phase Jake at all in fact he could care less. Jake always stayed out of the police’s way and they left him alone that was until Boris ordered the robotic officers to arrest Nobody. Jake was furious at this and began to look into Boris Newman’s past. Jake found that Boris was not the savior everyone believed he was. Boris was actually building an army to take over America and had a list of people he needed to get rid of to make his plans complete. Nobody and Gustav Newman were on the top of the list. Jake wasn’t the only one looking into Boris’ plans; Boris’ father Gustav saw his plan and decided to do something to stop him by giving Nobody an offer he would find hard to refuse. Gustav offer to fund Nobody heroics and give him state of the art tech as longs as Nobody changes his superhero name and take a sidekick. Nobody refused for months but after a few close calls Nobody accepted and became the new improved Nighthawk and even more terrifying to the criminals of Saint City and now beyond.

Jake Bailey was a normal man with a less than happy life. As a child Jake’s father was the biggest bully he ever had to face. Jake was a fairly big kid and wasn’t picked on at school so he liked to be there more than his house where he knew his father was waiting to beat him and call him every name in the book. Jake finally found a little happiness when he met Adrian Howard in the fourth grade. You could say it was love at first sight the two were inseparable. Then one day Jake’s dad saw them together when they were freshmen and began dating. Jake’s father began to bully Adrian as well to Jake’s horror. Adrian comfort Jake telling him that nothing his father could say would keep them apart. Then their senior year Jake’s father went too far and hit Adrian. Jake stood up to his father and beat his father down. Jake’s father got so angry and humiliated that he had a massive heart attack and stroke dying on the spot. Jake still remembers his father’s funeral and how it was one of the best days of his life until his mother kicked him out. Jake moved in with Adrian and her parents and began working for her dad. Three years later Jake saved up enough money to ask Adrian to marry him. He took her out to the fanciest restaurant he could find and tried to work up the courage to ask her that one question. Before he could a man walked in and came over to Jake and Adrian. The man asked Adrian who her friend was to which she replied he was a nobody and walked out with the man laughing at the dumbfounded look on Jake’s face. Jake returned home alone angry that she just walked out without a second thought about all the years they been together. He began thinking that his father was right to be the way he was, hurting others just to mask your own pain. Jake turned on the TV just in time for a breaking news alert from the local news. A homicidal telepath escape prison and believe to have killed again. The news anchor continued to say they identified the victim as Adrian Howard and the suspect was last spotted in the slums of Saint City. Jake anger all came bubbling up to the surface years of suppressing the rage he inherited were released without the woman that could tell him he wasn’t like his father. Jake grabbed a crowbar and a ski mask and headed out. Jake found the telepath the same man that was in the restaurant. The telepath tried to tell Jake to stop but his powers were useless against the rage of Jake. Jake began to beat the telepath with the crowbar. The telepath pleas were cut short with another whack of the crowbar. Finally the telepath asked who Jake was and Jake replied that he was Nobody and continued to beat the telepath. A few more swings and the telepath would be dead when Mr. Freedom arrived and took the crowbar away. Jake was furious and attacked Mr. Freedom telling him that some poster boy from Texas has no business in Missouri. Mr. Freedom grabbed Jake and flew into the air. While thirty feet up Mr. Freedom calmed Jake down and told Jake that if he killed that man he would regret it everyday. Jake agreed and they landed to find the telepath trying to crawl away Jake walked over to him telling the telepath that this was better than what he deserved and kick the telepath in the head and took him to the police. Ever since that night the scum of Saint City are running scare if you ask who is after them they’ll reply Nobody.
