Hey everybody, thought you’d seen the last of me didn’t you? I was just messing around in Heromachine a moment ago trying to get some creative juices flowing again, when a certain face sparked an idea in my head that I just couldn’t not share with you guys. I think the image speaks for itself.

Took JR’s advice and adjusted his arms, feet, and necklace a bit. He’s looking much less off now, which really does show how the little things can make or break an image.

Here’s another new character that I’m happy with and not happy with at the same time. I’m happy with the design of the image and the character himself, but it looks so sloppy to me and some bits just seem very off… So, I’ve included the text for this one if anyone wants to take a crack at cleaning it up a bit. Either way here’s Wiz, the wise-cracking urban wizard.

Its been way too long since I played around with Heromachine… So, I decided to re-visit what seems to be a reliable source of inspiration for me, my Space Combat Suits. Here’s two new baddies for the series. First is a conspiracy theorist’s worst nightmare, the 3Y3 Space Combat Suit, built by the mysterious Illuminati. And second, from the darkest depths of space itself is the V01D, the remains of an older SCS that has been taken over by a powerful cosmic entity.

Well, it’s the 2nd and there’s only one entry, so I suppose the winner this week is quite obvious. So, go ahead and pick out the next three items Herr D.

Once again, my boredom has lead to some messing around in Heromachine. This is currently unfinished since I have no idea what to do with the character’s lower body yet, but I’m very proud of the image so far so thought I’d share it anyway, as well as post the text if anyone thinks they might be able to help out with it a bit. Unfortunately I forgot to save the text for that image so I’m not going to be able to make any changes or improvements to it. I’m glad it was able to give you a laugh though, I was aiming more for humor than quality with it anyway

Anywho, here’s the next round’s parts, found in Head – MaleStandard, Neckwear – Standard, and ItemRight – Miscellaneous. I’m going to have to declare a winner for this one a day early though, since a week from now I’ll be on a plane, so deadline this week is actually

Surely you mean ‘from South Africa and the Soviet Union’ even though it doesn’t exist any more and Russia hasn’t used that flag in over 20 years (though they do still act like they do). Love the suits btw, where can I get one?

I suppose I could just say in whatever fictional universe these suits are from, Russia’s still the Soviet Union and such. Ooor I could just say you’re right and that the Soviet Union is the first thing that comes to my mind when I think of Russian themed characters

Been awhile since I made one of these… Here’s a new SCS, the P34C3. While the other Space Combat Suits belong to specific nations, the P34C3 is owned by the United Nations, to serve as some sort of intergalactic peacekeeper.

Though baffled and terrified by his captors, Lance had to admit this was quite a fitting fate.

Of all the possible worlds we could live in… I’m glad it’s not this one.

Ah, for some reason it hadn’t occurred to me that it was supposed to be underwater. Either way the use of the inverted body still created an interesting look, so no changes in my judgement here

One week later and only two entries, but a tough decision regardless. MithrilFrog’s Gentlemen Creatures had a lot of charm, however I felt Herr D used the parts in a much more unique way and in the end, the use of the flipped seal/walrus body to create a flying creature won me over, so take it away, Herr D!
