Love this design…the pose, the body…and especially the face.  Amazing work as always.  He strikes me as a “Hulk” kinda power set, but older and incredibly reserved.  Someone who has the strength of a god, but is quiet and passive.  I hate to do this, but one small critique…the shading from the neck up is a little off from the rest of the body…just a small thing.

Maybe even silver,gold, or copper…to go with the whole rock, ore theme…that could work too!!!  sorry, just spitballing over here.

Love to pose, the design, the idea…however, the color scheme seems…off?  everything about Granite is great except the purple…again, just one man’s opinion…but a warmer color i.e. orange, yellow, red…something in that spectrum I think would be more earthy and give the design more…POP.  Just a thought…amazing work as always…your posing and face work is still so amazing I just stare at these designs haha!

New design…the youngest member of the Powerforce.  The daughter of the speedster known as FastTrack, Belinda Carmichael inherited her father’s incredible speed.  When Belinda decided she would use her powers to become a superhero against her father’s wishes, FastTrack asked Frogman and the rest of the PowerForce to take her in to train her and keep her safe.  The teenage turbo, the blue blur…I give you HASTE!!!

So, what happens to the most dangerous superhumans captured and brought to justice by the varied superheroes of the Freelance Universe you ask?  They get sent to a special super max prison known as “the Rockpile”.  Brenda “Brickhouse” Mason is the Captain of the guard at this facility, her skin as a thick and durable as the hardest stone…superstrong, damn near indestructible, and don’t take no stuff off nobody.  I give you, Brickhouse Mason!!!

Very out of practice after a year away…so this is just an update to an old character…after years of being retired, he felt the world needed a symbol of right and justice again, so this is the return of the Pegasus.  Shout out to AMS for the pose, a much appreciated crutch for an old dog relearning the program haha

Hello machiners…it’s me.  I’ve been gone a long time.  I know that these forums are for sharing art and ideas, but if I may take a moment of personal privilege here on my thread, I just want to say thank you.  I’ve been gone a long time because my personal life fell completely apart.  My fiancee left me, and I also have been estranged by both of my best friends of 10 years.  I lost a good friend of mine to alcoholism, and fell into a depression the likes of which even I have never known. I fought with the idea of suicide for a long time, and am only recently fighting my way back.  Rereading some of the comments, critiques, and compliments I have been given for my work on the site helped me tremendously.  Remembering that I was a member of the Power Use Profiles helped me.  Thinking back of the support and friendship I have found from many of you over the years helped me not feel so alone.  So, even though we’ve never met, never shared a drink or shaken hands…thank you all.  This is one of the most supportive communities I’ve ever been a part of…and I look forward to coming back and posting, chatting, and challenging all of you again when I am able to do so.  Again, to all the creators and machines out there, thank you.
