Is definitely better. Only head is too small or the breast too broad, makes the figure a little bit fat.

Better but the curtain or the cloths must definite have a other color. Like black curtain and green Top, its a good mixture i think.

You make good pose but i notice two mistakes.(so sorry now for the bad english now)
First the head of many of your characters (or sometimes body parts) are too small. Like Shiftrunner or the last.
Second. Sometimes the transition from a body part like the shiftrunner picture is wrong. So it looks like he grows from the middle of the chest( as a example).
You can use small black circle or a rectangle to fix it.
So i hope you dont understand, i like the picture, but i think critique is good to make it next time better.

Take red, but dark hair and take a lighter color glow. Also make the curtain in the background black and take the same patterns like the cards. I think that looks better.

Race called Awera ( a human, wolf and kusus or possum hybrid and not a kitty )
Very tough warrior, came from a very proud folk and have a very rigorous teacher from my next character i want to post.
She is not only agressive and anger, sometimes she can be pleasant-natured.
Or in german: umgänglich(dont know about right word).
