Personally I don’t think there is anything wrong with repeating themes for the CDC. First there are people here now that were not here when the original versions of those contests were held, and secondly since most people are constantly improving in skill with the program and the program itself improving and evolving as more and more new items are added makes revisiting old contest ideas that allows the new skill/people/and items to shine.

If you are using the Move all feature I know that things will move back when you export. What you have to do is move things individually, though you can try to move things in smaller groups instead of “all” select backgrounds, or body, etc if that doesn’t work you may need to move each item one by one.

Flash is turned off on photon by default, there is a button somewhere on the browser to turn it on, if I remember correctly it looks like a lightning bolt, but I am not sure as It has been a while since I last used photon as I downloaded a long time ago and since removed it from my iphone.

There is no heromachine app at this time, though Jeff is looking into creating one, for the time being you can use the Photon Browser which will allow flash content on IOS and Android devices.

a work around is to put a second blade under each of the current ones so that the cut off part will be see on that second blade.

ok, I haven’t used windows 8, however assuming they didn’t change everything I will assume that taking a screen shoot is the same until told otherwise. So what you do is with Heromachine loaded and your hero on screen hit the Print Screen Button on your keyboard. This will take a picture of everything currently on your monitor’s screen and store it on your clipboard. Next open you photo editing software of chooice. For this I just use MS Paint. Once you have your photo editing software loaded simply paste the image you screen captured/Copied from HeroMachine into Paint ( or your software of choice ). Crop it to get rid of anything you do not want showing and then go to file and click “Save As” change the file format to either jpg, jpeg, or png

Edit: ugh, nope. It’s showing up when I look at my existing file uploads. Though how would I save it as a jpeg instead of a PDF? To get the PDF I’m hitting print, and printing it to Foxit, which prompts me to save it as a pdf with no other options.

what Operating system are you using ? Windows, OSX, or Linux ?
