I have just spoken to Jeff, and between Professional and Domestic responsibilities he has been extremely busy and that while he is sorry about the delays he does not have a time table at this time.

This is my RIFTS RPG character Spot. He is a Canine Humanoid Alien from Heroes Unlimited Earth that got Rifted to RIFTS Earth. Considered a D-Bee he sometime passes himself off as a Coalition Dog Boy and wears stolen Coalition Heavy Dead Boy Armor.
