The second person to take the mantel of The Evil Intelligence, Frank Peters has been fighting Team Supreme in all of its incarnations since the 70’s. However, during the 90’s, Peters began to succumb to terminal cancer, brought on by the alien energy that had given him and his predecessor, Max Madison, their powers. However, rather than lose his fight with the cancer like Madison did, Peters put his increadible brain to work and created a number of “get out” clauses should his cancer overpower him, from clones to robotic duplicates, even experimenting in mind transfer. He is currently on his 5th body, with a new body activating when the previous one is either overcome by the cancer or killed in battle against Team Supreme. Even terminal illness cannot stop The Evil Intelligence from pursuing his goal of world domination.

Doctor Wolfgang Von Litz was one of Nazi Germany’s foremost medical researchers during the Second World War. Assigned to a secret project by the Fuhrer himself, Litz was given the task of discovering a means of immortality, through any method and at any cost. Experimenting on prisoners of war and “undesirables”, Litz came closer than most to discovering the secret of everlasting life, even succeeding in creating a serum that slowed the aging process to at least a 1/6th of normal and increasing the rate of cell regeneration (ironically, the subject that this serum was trialled on would go on to escape and become the superhero Flying Ace, who would fight Litz throughout the remained of the war). However, Litz could never quite perfect his formula and, with the end of the war seemingly imminent, Litz suddenly disappeared from the face of the planet, only to return some 70 years later to menace the newest generation of Team Supreme, apparently not even a day older than he had been at the fall of the Reich. Did he find his long sought after secret or is this just an imposter trying to use one of the most feared figureheads of the Nazi regime to instigate a new Facist World Order? One thing is for certain, Litz is just as much of a threat as he was all those years ago.

    Hi Tanega

That’s an odd one. I’d suggest contacting the program creator using the Contact Us form, he might be able to shed some light on it a bit better than I can. It sounds like you might have a setting on your browser that deletes cookies when you close out of a website, but I’m not sure, so best talk with Jeff. In the mean time, you can save using the text code. All you do is, when you go to save you’ll see an option Text next to the Your Saves icon. Go to Text and copy the text string to a Word File or something simular. When you copy that back into the Load By Text box on opening the program it will load your character as it would normally. Hopefully that might help you for the time being.

    @Trekkie- Thanks

    Anyway

LtR: Ace (Alice Walters), Ms Liberty (Lucia Diaz), The American (Thomas Collins), Aaron Cross (Auram Kroz), Golden Guardian (Isabella Collins), The Bolt (Jayden Peters), Aquaran (Aran Keiler)

Founded in 1943 by War-Time superheroes intent on helping the Allied powers defeat Nazi Germany and its allies, Team Supreme has become an institution, the most publicly visable superhero team in the country and, in many places, even more trusted than the internationally endorsed W.I.L.D. The legacy of the original Team Supreme is carried on by the grandchildren of those original heroes, Thomas and Isabella Collins (the grandchildren of the original American and Miss Liberty) and Alice Walters (the grand-daughter of the original Flying Ace), as well as some unrelated recruits invited to join the team due to their simular powers to the original Team Supreme members, as well as their diverse backgrounds allowing the team to better represent the people of the country they fight to protect.

    And last one of O.I:

    Name: (Classified)
    Alias: The Stranger
    Specialty: Psychology and Analysis

Even to the other members of Outsider Investigations, much about The Stranger is a mystery. His past, his motivations, even his name are all unknown to all but himself. What is clear though is that he is an expert in manipulating people, there is little about psychology that he doesn’t seem to know and he is highly skilled at using that fact to his advantage. He is not just brains either, his hand-to-hand combat skills are well honed and he is no slouch with a gun. His real trump card, however, is his enhanced healing factor. Able to heal from wounds that would normally kill a human, he even claims that he once healed himself from being shot over 100 times and has survived being hit by a moving train. The full extent of his power is unknown, whether or not he can actually be killed is unclear. However, his healing factor is not instantaneous, he heals only marginally quicker than a normal person would, so theoretically he could be damaged enough to be killed (or at least incapacitated for a long period of time). But again, how much damage this would take is unknown and, in all likelyhood, unlikely to be discovered any time soon.

Ok, I’m back. I’ve been super busy this month so I haven’t had any time to finish off posting the solo shots for Outsider Investigations and I want to get them done before I put up anything else, so here goes.

    Name: Jane Archer
    Alias: Firebolt
    Speciality: Weapons

A former soldier, Archer proved to be an excellent sniper during her first tour of Afghanistan. However, during her second tour, she lost her left leg to a roadside I.E.D and was medically discharged. She was lucky though, two of her squad lost their lives. The event left her with PTSD and reliant on her family for support during her rehabilitation process. However, civilian life just didn’t suit her and Archer found her way into the employment of Outsider Investigations. Though she is without any powers, and using a prosthetic leg, she is an invaluable member of the team due to her combat experiance and excellent ability to quickly analyze a situation, though she still has occassions where her trauma comes back to haunt her.

Ok, if you want to post a picture in the forums, you use the browse button at the bottom of the reply box. For the contest you’d then open that picture in a new tab, copy the url and paste that into the reply on the contest page. With external hosting pages you only need to do the second step, bearing in mind of course that photobucket hosted images aren’t admissable anymore because you have to pay extra for the privalege of other people being able to see the image.

    Hope that helps.

@HerrD- Cheers man. As for your question, Swan-Song would generally be non-lethal. His philosophy is to never stoop as low as the criminals he fights. As for Outsider Investigations… well, they didn’t get that memo. They try though, it just doesn’t always go to plan (unless that plan is kill everyone, in which case… plan’s a good ‘un).

    Anyway.

    Name: Aaron Stevens
    Alias: Snake
Speciality: Technology (Mechanical and Digital) and Computer Analysis

A self-taught technological expert, Stevens learnt a huge amount about mechanics from his father (who worked as an engineer) and has multiple computer science degrees to his name. With enough expertise and qualifications to hold any job within any tech industry, Stevens had an excellent career in Silicon Valley until his life came crashing down around him. Developing a huge gambling problem, he lost everything to pay off his debts. However, he was lucky enough to have previously made acquaintances with The Stranger, the head of Outsider Investigations, who offered to help Stevens turn his life around in exchange for becoming the team’s computer analyst, helping them crack encryptions and hack the networks of gangs and criminal enterprises nationwide. But Stevens didn’t stop there. He also built himself weaponised guantlets, with electricity conducting cords, so as he would just be “the computer guy” and could help in the field.

    Name: Rosa Campos
    Alias: Scarlet
    Speciality: Interrogation and Information Gathering

A former detective for the Policia Federal in Mexico, Rosa Campos spent 10 years fighting against some of the most hardened criminals in the world in her home country’s war on drugs and gang violence. Though she has no powers of her own, she is incredibly tough and trained in advanced interrogation techniques, as well as being bi-lingual (speaking both Spanish and English), trained in the use of firearms and being a champion fencer from her time in college. She left Mexico to help assist the FBI in their attempts to crack down on drug traffic across the boarder, but had to quit the job after her parents were murdered by a cartel back in Mexico. After being able to bring the rest of her family to America from Mexico, she joined the Outsider Investigations group as a way to put her law enforcement skills to good use helping people whilst also keeping her family safe from aggression from the cartels.

@Christi S- Photobucket has paywalled their users, meaning that, unless you pay them a couple of hundred dollar fee, you can’t share any pictures you host on there anymore. I couldn’t even see your picture on photobucket because it came up with a message that said you had to enable third party hosting in order for me to see it instead. If you’d have linked the picture from the CDC back to here, you’d have been fine (and probably have won tbh, your picture is amazing).

    Name: Riya Raman
    Alias: Cat-Girl
    Speciality: Tracking and Infiltration

The daughter of Indian immigrants, Riya Raman was born with numerous cat-like adaptations as a result of “The Moment”. Her skeletal structure is more feline than human, she has a extra thoracic vertebrae and two extra lumbar vertebrae, as well as the extra caudal vertebrae that make up her tail. Like a cat, she has elesticated tissue disks between her vertebrae, making her spine increadibly flexable and cushioning her from the impact of high falls. Her clavicle bones are free floating, unlike a human clavical, again giving her more flexability than any normal human. Also, like a cat, her hands and feet are equiped with retractable claws, which she can use to climb any rough surface. Her senses are also more cat-like than human, her hearing has a range of 10.5 octaves (compared to a humans 9 octave range) and a far more acute sense of smell. Her sight, however, is a mixture of human and cat, with her eyes having a reflective layer of tissue at the back of the retina in a simular way to a cat, which gives her excellent night vision. However, unlike a cat, she has the same number of cones and rods in her eyes as a normal human, meaning that her colour vision is at normal human levels. Her reflexes, agility and senses are enhanced by her overall physical fitness and she is very skilled in combat, employing an unorthadox fighting style tailored to her unique physiology. Whilst her more unusual physical attributes (alongside her heritage) made it hard for her when growing up, her abilities have made her invaluable to Outsider Investigations, as she is able to get into places that would be impossible for any normal human and her enhanced senses make for an excellent early warning system.
