    @Mr.Vaudeville- Cheers Dude.

    Voltea- Jennifer James

Powers: Electricity Manipulation, Minor Magnetic Manipulation

Jennifer James grew up idolising superheroes. She always wanted to be one, but having no powers of her own, she was a bit stuck. She tried learning how to fight and going down the non-powered vigilante route, but that just got her beat up. She tried sneaking into scientific research labs to see if she could get powers through a random accident, but that just got her arrested for trespassing. She even tried to follow superhero fights around hoping that somehow powers might just rub off on her or something. But none of it worked, until one day she was approached by some random stranger offering her the chance to gain powers. Sounds too good to be true right? Well, yes and no. She did get superpowers, but the guy turned out to be from Criminal Enterprises and Jennifer was forced to become a supervillain, not the hero she’d always wanted.. Now as the electricity manipulating Voltea, Jennifer regularly has to fight the very heroes that she idolised, including The Angels, Swan-Song and Red Kite.

    The Deadly Seven

After numerous humiliating loses to Red Kite, Mindmaster decided that the only way for him to achieve his goal to defeat his nemesis once and for all was to acquire some help in doing so. He recruited 6 of Red Kite’s worst enemies to assist him in taking out their enemy.  Of course, despite their shared goal, the group is not exactly harmonious and they’re almost as likely to end up fighting each other as much as fighting Red Kite, despite how hard Mindmaster tries.

    Mr. Noir- Lucien Marion

Powers: Can convert shadows into tangible energy constructs

Lucien Marion was once a French immigrant working a desk job day to day trying to provide for his family. That all changed when the company he worked for was crashed and bought out illegally by Criminal Enterprises, to use as a front for one of their various crime rings. Marion wasn’t meant to be working late at the office the night that CE started transfering files over, but he was and he got caught. But instead of killing him, the head of opperations decided that Marion would make a much better test subject for one of their new experimental drugs, a variation on CE’s supervillain formula known as Noir. Unfortunately for Marion, the drug was successful, transforming him into the manifestation of darkness known as Mr. Noir. Now completely without remorse or pity, Noir lives only to cause pain and suffering, even killing of his own family to sever all ties to his previous life. Though he doesn’t directly work for Criminal Enterprises (he slaughtered his captures and escaped shortly after his transformation), his lose affiliation with them and his horrible crimes have put him in the sights of many superheroes, most notably Red Kite.

Ever since that day Ashley has wanted to make them pay and, with the help of Project Prometheus, she now has the power. Only problem is, her actions put her in direct opposition to Red Kite, who is trying to bring down the very same execs for a different reason. Will Red Kite be able to put the oil tycoons behind bars or will they end up toasted by the Inferno.

@HerrD- True. Kinda makes you wonder why he didn’t go into bar service. I mean, other than potentially making exponentially more via crime, but, you know, he wouldn’t have to be on the run from the law all the time, plus he could alway cameo in his universes Bond equivelent.

    Anyway

    Cement- William Flint

Powers: Body made of phase changing cement (can be either solid or liquid at will), Extreme Durability, Enhanced Strength

Once an ordinary construction worker, William Flint just had one very bad day at work to turn him into the supervillain known as Cement. Working on renovating an old disused nuclear power plant, FLint fell from his scaffolding and landed in some unset cement. Unfortunately, unknown to Flint and his colleagues, the sit had not been properly decontaminated and Flint emerged from his fall with a body made of cement. Unable to have a normal life after his accident, and prevented from commiting suicide due to his new physiology, he attempted to take his revenge on his former boss, but was stopped by Red Kite. However, this has given him a new purpose in life, to kill both Red Kite and his former boss.

    Shockwave- Matt Flynn

    Powers: Vibration Manipulation

Matt Flynn was once just as small time thief, a low ranking member of Criminal Enterprises. However, that all changed during a botched job on a experimental technologies lab. Accidentally triggering a seismic wave manipulation machine, Flynn’s entire molecular structure was affected in such a way that he too became able to control pressure oscillations. Taking on the pseudonym Shockwave, Flynn can vibrate any solid object by touch and send pressure pulses through the air. He is able to control the frequency of these vibrations to such an extent that he can just as easily vibrate a specific mechanism lose in a safe door as cause a magnitude 6 earthquake.

    Mindmaster- Harry Barrett

Powers: Genius Level Intellect, Advanced Technical Capability, Hypno-Helmet
The younger brother of The Owl, a superhero currently working for W.I.L.D’s Strike Force initiative, Harry Barrett was always much more introverted than his brother. Though much smarter than his older sibling, Harry always found it much harder to relate to other people. This isolation fed into two defining features of his character, a supreme jealousy of his much more popular brother and a need to prove himself superior to everyone else. So when his brother used his intellect to become a superhero, Harry tried as well. But he failed and had to be bailed out by his brother. So instead, Harry decided to become a super villain and try to beat his brother that was. But he failed at that too. Eventually, his antics caught the attention of other superheroes, most notably Red Kite, who unknowingly ruined an elaborate scheme of Harrys to finally destroy his brother once and for all. Since then, Harry has become obsessed with defeating Red Kite as well, but she also keeps beating him, further adding to his obsession. Whilst his intelligence can be in no doubt, afterall he created all his own gadgets, including his Hypno-Helmet (a helmet that can control other peoples minds), Harrys main problem seems to be his own nature, his love of being overdramatic and over-elaborate, as well as his over confidence.

Also, he loves coming up with his own taglines, such as “The Malevolent Menace Of The Mindmaster”. He says these often. It annoys everyone.
