It almost comes off to me as she’s about to reveal her true form. Perhaps some kind of demon. She has played nice long enough and now she is ready to do some dastardly things. That’s what I get from the picture.

I’m not sure about her being dastardly, but I’m not averse to transformations. However, I’d be interested to see your interpretation of her alternate form. That’d be awesome.
