    I see you’ve broken out your pastel set once again, ’cause that’s some crazy shading. It looks like you’ve finger-smudged some of it. I also have to commend you on those shoes, especially the right one. If you’d entered this into the psychics contest I can only wonder how much closer it would have been.

    Welcome to the forums, good start. Believe me, from just the one HM pic you’ve posted, you aren’t as bad as you think at hero machining. You seem to have got masking down pretty good.
    One thing I might suggest, and this has nothing to do with the character, but if you want people to redesign your work you should open a redesign contest in the Art Contests And Challenges section of the forum.
    Anyway, please read the forum rules and don’t be afraid to ask anyone questions, people are usually (actually nearly always) friendly and willing to help out with anything you want to know.
