Soot is guarded very closely. He is under strict instructions NOT TO MOVE AT ALL unless sent to a bad guys’ hideout. He is signalled to halt AND NOT TO MOVE from the rubble until a new hideout is discovered. The story goes that he once went to Hell and was charred completely black before the devil kicked him out for being truthful and accidentally ending too many high-ranking demons.

That’s bound to be an exaggeration fueled by his smelling of sulfur and being so clumsy . . .

    *KHc in error.

*Am I too late? I think these hands were both added very recently.

Okay, got a screen shot of the row above the strait jacket. I would call that position 7 of 8 of the l-r arrow bar. Top row A-D.
Those, as you can see, are missing. I can’t seem to get those.

The other oddity was I had two of position 1, top row, item D, and two of position 3, top row, item C. I tried to click on the arrow to switch from item D1 to item D2 for convenience and position 3 top row item C came up? Bizarre. If a hacker could plant anything to cause trouble, maybe he did that in Tops somehow. I hope this helps.

I had a couple of strange things happen in the Tops category. I had two each of two top items chosen and tried to select one that was mostly behind other items by clicking on the item number arrow. It moved my cursor to the item number arrow for the other pair of items. I tried it a few times to be sure I wasn’t just tired. I got around it by moving the other items out of the way to click on directly. It was a bit weird.

Then the top row of items whited out and wouldn’t come back. I know those odd white rectangles normally go away if you move your cursor over them or just act like they aren’t there, but that same top row of items in Tops wouldn’t come back. I don’t know what was there, I don’t think I was using them, and I can’t remember exactly where they were now, so I’ve no idea how helpful I can be. I’ll try to go get a screen shot of what I saw if it repeats.

Y-yeah. With the mike in her face and the odd angle I can’t find any fault in your representation at all. My recent research tells me that a longer, thinner neck is considered more fem. The rest would be you not being used to depicting a real person. Humans are difficult creatures to match. All those odd curves and angles. You might practice the nuances as study for your future work anyway. I’m gonna go work on another monster now. Laugh

I believe Dyna might. But then, who doesn’t love explosions? What’s she lighting? Good work on the match, btw.

    @Myro
: I just wanted a swatch from YOUR suit to try making another deck. It’s lovely. No, really–humans are MUCH too salty for me–I mean–
    I don’t eat people . . .

If you haven’t checked out the blog today, do so!

With the Creators Club poster up on the blog, I won’t be blowing the surprise by posting my entry separately.

My favorite deck of Men-In-Black-Avoidance Cards. Blue eyes, charcoal suit, etc.

Smile Thank you again, HK. Hopefully I’ll have more time to create, browse, and comment soon.

Astral’s cool, good story too. I would think the hair should be translucent too? Not as much as the skin, since it’s darker.

Girlfriend’s scene: Which media are she used to? Good translation of skill. Smile I think the red clouds would look better translucent. Great work on the background otherwise. I would suggest a translucent Insignia Tech circle on her left forearm to make it look more natural. The male’s nocking hand and top could both use some masking practice. There’s a tutorial on here somewhere for making a top in two pieces to go with the 3/4-face torso. Great beginning.

Kobolds were creatures that sometimes lived in rock the way we live in air, according to medieval miners. Some of them stole mining equipment, caused cave-ins, warned miners of impending cave-ins, led miners to veins, stole ore, and occasionally claimed wages or sacrifices offered them to behave or assist. Various traditions referred to them as bluecaps, knockers, etc.

–Of course, some of them helped sailors instead and may have shared ancestry with dragons?
Ah, well, the biosphere for living ON land ‘in the air’ is a lot smaller than the one for living inside rock, so we wouldn’t exactly find them easily . . .

[bends very close] Yeap. Hang is gotten! Laugh Have a look at the tutorials for the finer points and don’t be shy about asking questions of those whose work you like. Were you going for that leaf being ‘ambered’ or did you slosh some caramel past the apple? Nice drip effect.
