Yes, Zack, your chars do appear ‘overstocked.’ I’ve actually recommended to a GM that he solve some of his problems with overprepared characters as requiring an extra action to enter melee–dropping stuff, unshouldering a pack, etc.

As to that ‘smile?’ I’d suggest a dark gray chin alteration and a similar gray shadow on the neck and chest of the head.

Yeah, I want to know if that light blue translucency is supposed to be energy dispersal or something else. Without it interacting with anything, I’m not sure how I’d know. Interesting background.

You might try randomly tweaking your rocks a bit, so they don’t look so uniform.

I would love to see Ink rescuing a baby and fighting simultaneously. THAT would be a picture and a half . . .

Okay! One more time! This picture is due on 1/17/20 by 8pm EST. One extra point if it logically looks like an archaeological find. To be judged hopefully by noon EST 1/18. Must include items attached below:

After the performance of Christmas, Santa’s got to blow off a little STEAM. Ditch the sleigh after cutting the reindeer loose, roll up the sleeves to show the tats, change to the skating jacket over a band-themed tee, and go for some rip-roarin,’ snow-bellyin,’ guitar-riffin,’ ACTION.

*On a personal note, never open four windows on YouTube to listen to Christmas Carols while watching thrash metal and snowboarding and skate-stunting videos.

SciFi crossed with Fantasy and Western. “Gunner Giles’ Close Call Climbing The Vino Grande” depicts that moment when a shot parted the hero’s mane.

Nothin’? Yeesh. Same items. Noon on 12/25/19 TBJ 12/26 by 8pm EST. One extra point if it logically looks like a marine-life Christmas celebration.

Yowza. I’m not sure whether I like that no one took over. I do like judging too, of course. I’ve had major computer problems for the last little bit at home. I couldn’t afford to take it to an expert. The facility I work at limited our net use EVEN MORE suddenly. As a fed contractor, it has to take any net security issue seriously. We aren’t even able to look at the dashboard on heromachine most days now. Hopefully, this will get better soon. Anyhow, with an acquaintance helping me out, my computer is on the net again.

So, to business. I’ve missed out on some great contests, including a triple play since I’ve been off. That’s what this is, to all noobs. A biweekly triple play with the winner of each one becoming the next judge. That’s the rules. Enter one pic using the three items the judge picks, and if you win? Pick three items, a deadline, and judge the entries. You may do so as you see fit, but I suggest looking back to see how others have done it.

Please find three new items attached. Deadline is noon, EST on 12/10/19. Hopefully to be judged by 8pm.

The Western Runner. There’s always that scene: “Black Bart’s BACK” or “The mill’s on fire” and the runner has to deliver the line. Here he is depicted on the way to put bullets in the hero’s gun between shots unexpectedly from behind cover.

He was sick of being thought of as a freak. So he perfected looking just like anyone else. He perfected the art of quick change. Then he started practicing arson. True to his circus roots, he went by ‘Rube’ from then on, whether disguised as an ordinary man or woman. Without his special gear, he would NEVER pass for that . . . he’s destroyed most of the records of his appearance. There’s some on a server down the street from you–hey, do you smell smoke?!

“TacV” was slapped together quickly by five car mechanics who were terrified of not getting home from their business trip. The sides were made from semitrailer sides backed with angle-iron trusses for ram prows. Gunports covered with notched sheet steel coated with melted tire scrap line each side. The top is recessed so that no one sees people emerging from the three hatches. Rainwater collects into tanks for coolant. Two solar panels do charge the batteries. A Prius engine powers one end, and a Jeep engine powers the middle (one engine in neutral at a time.) Altered Ford Explorer transmissions bring the power down to the wheels, which have more tire scraps and fire extinguisher foam inside the tires. Either end can steer, and a hydraulic jack mounted inside can be used to untwist wheels after taking damage. Top view above side view.
