I guess my reason for disliking the changes is because comic books are art. In ways it is like going back and repainting a famous painting. A good example is on the new “Arrow” TV show, they have made “Speedy” GA’s little sister. What is up with that, how in the world are they going to be able to bring the real “Speedy” to life. It just won’t work. I know that they have changed the back stories of almost all of the Super Heroes over the years, to keep things up to date, but that is no reason to take away what made them that hero in the first place.
