Info: Marauder is one of the few heroes in the world that prefers to keep his existence a secret. He is the only hero in the world to actually be in full contact with the Hero Tech. Much like Wraith cities Tech he keeps to himself and doesn’t share much with anyone. None knows the real reason behind their friendship or why the two refuse to be seen in public as often as others. His mysterious past and motives keep him on the border between hero and villain, as he does not show any affiliation towards either side. His motives are his own but he will at any time change his mind about his current allies and side with either the opposition or go alone. The only time he keeps his word is when it is towards his friend Tech. Adaptable to any surroundings he is a myth to villains, a ghost to heroes and a legend to people.

Info: Rachel and Gracie Matins were the twin daughters of a wealthy family. At an early both girls showed signs of instability towards their emotions. Their abusive farther couldn’t care less about his daughters or their mental health. On the other hand their mother suggested that they send the girls to learn skills that could suppress their problems. The girls didn’t want to be separated so they did everything together even in cases where it would be against the rules to have a partner. The only difference between the girls was the books they read. Rachel read books on war and psychology, while Gracie read books on animals and science. To the friends of the family the twins were unsettling to meet in person, as there was a certain creepy relationship between them. One night they were told that their mother and father were getting a divorce and that they would be separated. That night their parents were mysteriously murdered. The maid and butler were instantly accused and as there was no evidence to support or convict them the case was shut. The twins were now on their own the way they liked it. The twins got worse and worse as time went on. One day Rachel would be ready to kill one of the servants and Gracie would be helping with the cleaning, the next day vice versa. Wanting to seek more risky activities they noticed that people would steal and kill for a living. They decided to combine their skills and mentalities together to become the Super villains Rage and Grace. They are the most unpredictable of villains, as they often change outfits and weapons to confuse their opponents. The heroes that they face have to be ready for either of the twin’s tactics, if they attack Rage expecting her usual tactics, they could in fact be attacking Grace. The Girls have their own weapons, Grace is armed with a kusarigama and Rage, a whip, as well as their own tactics. This makes them incredibly dangerous opponents to face in battle.

Info: Being the youngest member of the Order and having no offensive or defensive forms of magic, she is still considered a vital member by the Alchemist. She was born in Canada to a loving mother and farther, and had a normal childhood. She was born with her powers but they were not unlocked until the alchemist recruted her. Before she was recruited by the Alchemist she was experienceing headaches all the time and her parents began worrying about her. She was trying to become a vet at the time and her parents assumed that she had caught somthing off one of the animals. The only man she enjoys talking to freely is the Druid and that is because he seems to worry about her a lot. She see’s him as the big brother she never had, but sometimes has to take on the mother role of the group when fighting breaks out in the order.
Walking over to the canon, he reminded her of a turtle that had fallen on its back. She almost felt sorry for him as she heard the cops come in the door. She didn’t move as she looked at him and wondered how he got so big and if he got lose what the hell would he do.
“Don’t move lady!†A voice from behind Ice said.
Ignoring the voice she stepped closer to him and put both her hands on his helmet. She began freezing the helmet until it was about to break. Standing back up ,she lifted her foot off the ground and planted it on his head shattering the helmet. The bank echoed with the sound of his violent screams. One of the officers fired a warning shot at the wall.
“I said don’t move!†The cop said.
“Oh my God, are you serious? I just saved all those peoples butts!†She said as she turned around to the swat team.
“ON THE GROUND LADY!!†he shouted as he came closer.
Ice thinking fast put her hands on the ground and used her powers. The officers were frozen in their place. Looking at them in anger, she knew she would get the blame for this. Walking out of the bank she was greeted with more angry cops looking for someone to blame. It was times like this she wished she could fly. She looked at them and raised her hands. It would take some sort of miracle to save her now. Then as if someone was doing her a favour it began to rain. With that she slammed her hands on the ground and formed a huge ice shield around her body. Running through the storm of bullets flying at her, she had to think of her feet about how she was gonna get away. She quickly turned around and faced the cops running towards her. The armour she had made now falling off of her, she used the rain to make a wall of ice between her and the cops. Sighing in relief she ran to her bike and tried to start it. It wouldn’t start, there was a first time for everything but now wasn’t the damn time!! The loud sirens were getting closer and closer. She turned the key hard and it started. Putting on her helmet she sped off. She felt adrenaline rush through her body combined with the feel of wind pushing against her, gave her a feeling that was only level with the morphine she had last night. She sped to the hideout to see if Tech had made any headway in the murderer’s identity.When she arrived at the hideout, she saw Tech was waiting for her. She walked towards him and saw a look of curiosity on his face. She wondered had he found out something about the killer or worse had he found out about her identity.
“Congrats. You just froze five officers and let the other criminal get away†Tech said coldly
“Well I was being blamed for the damn robbery and furthermore I’m not in the mood for this sh…†Ice said but was interrupted by Tech
“Who’s blaming? I am applauding you. You didn’t kill anyone, you got away and at least you caught one of the guys.†Tech said, though it was hard to know if he was being sincere or sarcastic.
Ice watched as the strange hero walked away, down the elevator to his computer screen. Ice sighed as she watched the sun in the sky, thinking if her body could melt would she let it? How can she be able to continue knowing there is some sick son of a bitch is out there torturing women. She just wanted to know what was going through this maniacs mind.“Now, Now, Now, My dear don’t scream so much. After all what’s the point we are in a sound proof room†Slicer said as he took his syringe in his hand.
It always made him feels good to see them wiggle and twist while obviously restrained to the table. The syringe filled up with his special serum. It would paralyze the body but not the nerves. She would feel everything he did to her. Every slice and dice he made into her supple skin would be felt. Her body would remain alive unless he made a fatal mistake, but of course that rarely happened. What the “normal†people out there didn’t understand was he was making art. Why seek perfection in modelling, acting, singing, or even in sleazy movies, when he could take the perfect parts of each woman and choose a healthy woman to bare these beautiful gifts. He had the T.V on so he could let his new patient see his latest experiment. But the news was playing a different story. What was more important than his victim? Just at the moment when he was about to turn off the T.V he saw her. A beautiful white haired woman, who had super powers, was on the T.V. She had little to no flaws; she was something of an angel if nothing else! He had found his Venus. She was going to gain the gifts he took off these women. He was going to make her his own soon, but first he would need the parts and her name. What was his angel’s name? Oh he felt wonderful. Today this victim would be cut up so well he would show his angel how much she meant to him. He smashed the porcelain face bust on the table and picked up its head. Oh how he enjoyed this part.Ice felt a chill go down her back. Something evil was happening at that moment. When she got down below she saw there was a third member of our little party talking to Tech. Curious she wondered who had gotten tech out of his chair long enough to strike up a conversation that he seemed to be enjoying.

Info: Born in Galway in Ireland, to a butcher and a teacher, Fred’s life wasn’t very different from any other children in the estate he lived in. As he got older, he slowly came to realise he had talent in the game of rugby. When he got the chance to play for his school he became the star player. Despite being only 5, 11 ft he was the star of the team and won every trophy humanly possible. He was ever popular and intimidating due to his status as a rugby player. He didn’t really want to stay playing for the rest of his life, but wanted some sort of job where his talent would be put to use. He decided to join the Garda SÃochána, which was the police force of Ireland. As an officer he found that he had some sort of super powers when he was shot several times and didn’t feel it at all. He didn’t believe this at first till he saw the holes in his uniform. After discovering this he continued his day to day work, finding he also was faster than the usual man. He was approached by a man in and eye patch one day, and offered a job in a new secret governmental team. Accepting the offer he soon was given a huge iron suit that allowed his strength to become greater than any normal human being. He asked what his job would be in this team and with a smile the apparent leader said “You’re basically our battering Ram”. To which he replied “Then call me Ram”.

Powers: Genius scientific mind, metal hand with the ability to shoot electricity out of it, master manipulator
Info: Dr. Volten is a genius scientist that was on the verge of making perfect artificial limbs. He had degrees biology and physics and was known as one of the leading experts in the world of artificial limbs. He was on the verge of some controversial research when a freak explosion took his arm from him. Combining his research with his current predicament he found that he could make an arm fully capable of moving like a normal one. It only required some painful nerve attachment and some physical therapy before he could get back to work. But even with his new arm he was refused a job and turned to crime. Now one of the most dangerous minds in the criminal underworld he specialises in making criminals new weapons and supplying surgical help to anyone who has the money.

Info: Xsamis is leading scientist and tactician of Lord Ragnok’s army. Ragnoks most trusted general, Xsamis is one of the few members to actually be able to stand up to the Lord and survive. Xsamis is dangerous on both the battlefield and in the lab, as a being that is both sadistic and curious. His reputation for being a sadomasochistic monster to his prisoners strikes fear into that of his opponents. Despite his size and lack of legs he is perhaps as dangerous as his master. One rumour of his talents, says that he once talked a war hero into torturing himself into a brutal end.

Powers: Ability to fly (due to anti gravity device attached to his spine and mechanical wings on his back), Talon Like gloves to help in combat, mechanical razor disc with the ability to return to him after its hit something.
Story: Cold as Ice
Info: The Raven is the public hero of Wraith City, and known for his sense of justice. As a boy he always read dark poetry and stories by Poe and Lovecraft. His origin is strange as he doesn’t share why he became a hero with anyone who he doesn’t trust. He has not even told his partner Tech, who is perhaps more impressive of a hero than he is. He is known by villains to always say “Never More” when he catches or stops villains. As a result of his actions, though noble, often make other heroes have distaste for him, due to his attitude and impulsive behaviour when it comes to catching the bad guys. Despite this he is still a great hero that wants to make the world better for everyone not just those who are innocent.

Story: Hero’s Of Our Time
Info: Nightmare was a hero, a member of the Guild of justice and now a retired hero living his secret identities life. Early in his career as a hero Nightmare found out each member of the guilds identity. The world he now lives in is run by the military and a corrupt government, not what any hero wanted for the world. He only stays in contact with the Black Hornet, who was another former member of the guild. Upon arriving at the scene he saw his friend dead and a bomb ticking. Bringing the body out he left for home as fast as he could. After returning home he saw his door was open and the house was the same as the hornets was. He was then attacked by assassins when he finally put his fears to rest. After dispatching the assassins he knew that this was no coincidence and that The Nightmare had to return, find out who wants him dead, how did they know his identity, and did they know the others identity?

Info: Alex Quatermain was born in Leeds in England in 1951, to a university lecturer and a nurse. A highly intellectual child, he used his father’s library to acquire more knowledge. At the age of five he could recite any quote from Plato’s Republic. Alex found school to be far too easy for his mind and usually corrected teachers who made mistakes. He was introduced to boxing at the age of six after an older boy beat him up for calling him a Neanderthal. He was fascinated with the art as he saw it as a battle of more than just strategy, but a battle of the limits of a human body. He learned all he could from his coach and started seeking other forms of physical activity in sports. He began learning karate and gymnastics at the age of nine and started showing interest in fencing and archery. Upon reaching his teens he showed interest in the army, this was the only choice Alex ever made that his farther didn’t approve of. Famous for his combat expertise in all forms of hand to hand combat, distain for guns, knowledge of government secrets from both the Americans and Russians, and genius mind he is a spy of many talents and retired at the young age of 39 in 1990 before the cold war ended. He was brought back in 2010, to lead a group of elite soldiers for the United Nations.
