CandruthMemberWelp, pack it up, folks. I think we’re done here.
(and congrats on the graduation! I, too, am a brand new college grad)
CandruthMemberI’m still here, but just lurking around. I’ll get the itch again eventually 😀
CandruthMember@ all moderators – Nominated for the Hall of Fame! Please submit pic!
Yup. I agree. I’ll be keeping an eye on this gallery for sure.
Awesome job 😀

CandruthMemberI guess you’re not a real ‘machiner until etc. etc. etc.
Now we just need those keyboard controls with HM4, right?
Right? (please let there be keyboard controls)
CandruthMemberYou skipped over the bouts of acute tendinitis in your clicking finger. Or maybe that’s just me.
You sweat nervously and hope they don’t notice how you use the same shortcuts in every design because you’re so focused on other, tiny details that most viewers will never notice anyway
This speaks to me on a deep, personal level.
CandruthMemberThanks to all of you! I’m just a sucker for really cool armor 😛
CandruthMemberWelcome back 😀
Love the veiny arms. Totally gross and cool.
CandruthMemberThe leaf-cape
I spent more time debating how much I was going to shade on that thing than I did actually shading it.
. . . yeahhhh, you can keep using gold . . . Â
I just feels so good to look at. 😛

Thanks so much! 😀

CandruthMemberLooks even better with the tweaks. I love the pose and the design– and the shading is really well-done. Great work 😀

Thanks for your insight. My characters have been the main focus of the story, so I’m struggling a little with the world/plot-building aspect of it. The feel I’ve been going for in this world is shabby, run-down, and sort of slapped-together, where even the advanced technology isn’t that great. When I was designing my General, I realized the leg was too long but I loved the idea so much that I ran with it (heh) and incorporated it into the story, since it’s a pretty compelling comment on the state of bionics which are attached in secret inside hospitals by sympathetic nurses, or inside homes, or wherever they can get away with it. Even if it’s not ideal, it’s still better than not having a limb, and that’s basically the ideology the resistance operates on. They sort of make it up as they go.
Thanks so much for your kind words. I appreciate it. 😀
