AnarchangelParticipantOh man, Banshee is beautiful…I mean in terms of being a great character…not literally beautiful…
AnarchangelParticipantI really like the gladiator. Very dynamic.
AnarchangelParticipantJuno is the head of The Olympus Foundation, appointed to this position by Jupiter himself. Some saw this as little more than an attempt to curry favour with the woman he claims is his wife. His claims of immortal love (and even his claims that Juno is in fact Juno) have been questioned, given that this woman is a Jewish witch…not to mention gay.
Juno apparently has no interest in rekindling any eons old love with Jupiter but she does enjoy her new position of power as the the head of the Olympus Foundation. She may be a cold and occasionally petty woman but she does seem to genuinely care about the Pantheon’s philanthropic endeavors.
…….
This version of Juno is inspired by an attempt to make at least one member of the Pantheon as different from their mythological counterparts as possible while also throwing a proverbial monkey wrench into Jupiter’s claims.
This is another one I don’t think I’m finished tinkering with yet.
AnarchangelParticipantMoognation and Trekkie summed up my thoughts pretty well. I like your style.
AnarchangelParticipantI like the hat.
AnarchangelParticipantEros, perhaps better known to most as Cupid, is the god of love…or so Jupiter says anyway.
While Eros can make others feel deep love, he can actually make them feel every other emotion too. He finds love the most fun though. While he’s adamant that he want’s nothing to do with the superhero business, he takes his responsibilities as “The god of love” very seriously and uses his powers to help as many people as he can find love (though he’s not as smug about it as Aphrodite is…or as heavy handed)
Eros is an unassuming character and if you didn’t see him manifest his energy based wings, you could be forgiven for not realizing he has any powers at all. Despite not really having any offensive abilities, Eros is more than capable of holding his own in a fight when the occasion demands it.
AnarchangelParticipantNot every member of the Pantheon is a costumed hero though. Aphrodite joined the group simply for the fame and worship, Juno is a business woman and Eros doesn’t really want anything to do with being a “superhero”. He tends to find himself acting as peacekeeper between the other gods though.
AnarchangelParticipantRight now the ones I have plans to create are Neptune, Hades, Juno, Aphrodite, Vulcan, Artemis and Eros. But only because those are the only ones who’s character concept has already been worked out. You may see others pop up from time to time though.
AnarchangelParticipantAthena, goddess of wisdom and war, gadgeteer and daughter of Jupiter.
AnarchangelParticipantCongrats!
AnarchangelParticipantAres (a.k.a Mars) is the former god of war and the Pantheon’s head of security (for those that actually need security)
Ares is a retired marine with a no nonsense attitude. He’ll punch you in the face for looking at him wrong. Jupiter tries to keep him out of the spotlight. The last thing they need is the nine o’clock news showing footage of Ares single handedly beating the crap out of a bunch of anti-pantheon protesters….Yes, it almost happened once.
AnarchangelParticipantWelcome to the forums. If you need any help, don’t hesitate to ask. The heromachine community is full of helpful people. You’re off to a good start.
AnarchangelParticipantI love the Noir’s.
AnarchangelParticipantKnockout, Super-Model and Bombshell. They’re trouble.
AnarchangelParticipantGoldbug’s interesting (my obsession with gold continues) Does he have any kind of story/powers/whatever?
