While I really like the idea of using a dog collar, I can’t figure out how to get one looking right (which is frustrating because it seems like a simple thing) but how about a simple choker thingy?

Nice haircut! Not sure about the scarf though. But that’s just me… ;)

Yeah I wasn’t sure about that myself actually. It was just kind of a last minute addition because I felt like her costume was too plain.

Teenage rebel Sabia Chen, a.k.a Icon, is a member of the Nowhere Kids. Yes, another one.

Unlike many of the Nowhere Kids, Icon isn’t actually on the run from anything or anyone. Sick of being looked at by people like she was a freak, she joined up with the kids when they passed through her small hometown. The Nowhere kids had a habit of collecting freaks and weirdos and they taught Sabia to embrace her uniqueness.

Icon controls ionic energy, not unlike a certain green themed guy you may have heard of….or Magenta. (She’s around here somewhere) 🙂

Canadian villain Gloom feeds on the depression and general misery of others.

I know this guy is far from my best work but I wanted to include him here just as a backup for my in case anything happens to my files (I’ve lost them all before).

Gloom was designed to look pretty boring and gross. Move along. Nothing to see here.

    Thanks guys!

Skoul, I was going for something along the lines of a teenagers proportions. I wouldn’t normally use that body but I was just experimenting and liked how it looked.

Drake is the older brother of Gecko (see page 2) and has sought out Dragonfly and Salamander, telling them that he intends to carry on his brothers heroic legacy. Dragonfly and Salamander turn him down at first, not wanting to repeat the tragic fate of Gecko, but Drake is just as persistent as his brother was and proves to them that he’s capable.

What the heroes don’t realize is that Drake blames them for his brothers death and has secretly been receiving training from the deadly Widow, an old friend and foe of Dragonfly. The Widow wants revenge for Dragonfly’s past manipulations and saw an opportunity in Drake to mess with the hero. But even she isn’t fully aware of Drake’s plans.

Drake plans on taking them down from the inside. He plans to earn their trust and then burn their world to ashes.

A quick one this time and a supporting character.

Dragonfly recently spent some time in Europe where he had been sent to train a group of new meta’s in their powers. Some of the heroes to come out of this group included Knockout, iSpyder and Golem & Co among others. These heroes were based in a Paris mansion and supported by the mansions owner, the mysterious Mademoiselle Dubois. The heroes had several adventures together, eventually finding out that their benefactor was a centuries old vampire. The group eventually went their own ways but Mademoiselle Dubois continues to support young heroes in their fight against evil.

Concept costume for a new character I’m working on. Gorgon, able to turn others to stone with his gaze.

    Thoughts welcome.

I agree with AMS, your stories are always fantastic and their designs are as well. Knuckledragger is very cool and kinda scary.

Lots of creative cool concepts coming out of yer head! Keep’em coming! Cheers!

    Thanks guys.

Not to be confused with Aeon or Arcane, entirely different people, Archon is Italy’s elder statesman hero. While he hasn’t been an active hero himself in quite a number of years, Archon has been instrumental in the training of a dozens of aspiring young meta humans. He is also an increasing powerful figure in the world of politics.

Doctor Lawrence Fortune is a world renowned biologist, geneticist and madman. Doc Fortune has conducted all manner of experiments on human test subjects in his endeavour to create new and better creatures. He seemingly lacks any kind of compassion for these subjects. To him they’re just things. The doctor has been responsible for creating both Mastodon and the teenage hero (and clone of Ricochet) Kinetic.

But his greatest creation (at least in his mind) is the massive Knuckledragger, named by Ricochet as an insult. This behemoth was created shortly before the accident that created Mastodon and was accidentally released into the world in the following explosion. Knuckledragger rampaged throughout the surrounding area and vanished, occasionally reappearing to cause chaos. Initially, Knuckledragger was mistaken for some kind of prehistoric monster. This was mostly due to the incompetence of the bumbling scientist brought in to try and identify the creature.

Doc Fortune spent several months trying to track his creation down, growing increasingly annoyed by the creatures ability to elude him. Eventually he managed to trick a group of young heroes (The Nowhere Kids) into defeating the monster. It was a fight they barely won but in the end the monster was toppled. The mad doctor was quickly there to implant a mysterious gemstone in the creatures head. He donned a helmet with a matching stone on his temple. This ingenious device allowed him to link his mind with Knuckledragger’s. The beast was little more than a mindless animal but had caused chaos at every turn with its massive strength. Now with the brilliant mind of Doc Fortune controlling the body of Knuckledragger, there may be no stopping either.

This guy started out as little more than a desire to see if I could create a character with a big ol’ wolf head like this one. I wasn’t expecting much but it actually turned our pretty well.

Ladies and gentlemen, I give you Nero, the speedster…dog…thing.

Nice job on both especially the Emerald Emperor. Does anyone use the Lethal Weapon 2 “It’s just been revoked” line on him and if not, why not?

    Somebody totally should. (Ricochet)

The Emerald Emperor’s personal witch and, some say, lover…..I know, gross, right?

Anyway, this was a very quick design but I’m fairly happy with it. She has just the right level of creepy I think.
