amsParticipantWinner is Dark Abyss by Infrared Rainbow! Congrats!
Might be a little delayed in constructing your prize. Holidays are a busy time.
Cheers!
amsParticipantYay! Your back! Missed ya buddy! Great pic!
amsParticipantContest closed……winner to be determined.
amsParticipantLooks great! Like the technique you used for adding hair highlights. Cheers!
amsParticipantLet’s crank this puppy up!
“Call out to all bad ass villains! Who’s out to make the holidays as evil as ever?”
Let’s run this contest to Dec 16th. I will chose winner by having all contestants battle royal in my head until a victor rises. Winner gets a pic of their villain by moi.
Let the games begin!
amsParticipantAlright, that looks KICK-ASS! Your shading of the costume looks great. Love that “M” incorporated into the cape.
I’m going to throw some more (hopefully constructive) suggestions,
1 – Anatomy. Can you put your knees together straight and turn your feet out? I find I that I can’t, so I’m suggesting some straight on feet with ankles together.
2- Anatomy. Great hand item choices, but they are not the same size. I would go with the side angle viewed size and match the other to that.
3- Skin tone. I see shadows from her costume, but did you highlight/shade her skin? If that is the next stage, please disregard.
4- Finally, (Sorry for how this will sound Nug) where is the head?
Can’t wait to see the finished product. Cheers!
amsParticipantAll the best, Cliff and speedy recovery! Cheers!
amsParticipantLove the traditional Super heroine costume. The first one was awesome and the update evolved it more. You guys should finish your collaboration with a final pic. Cheers!
amsParticipantThanks ‘machiners!
@ DiCicatriz – Thank you very much for the nomination! That means a lot from you because I admire your character concept designs so much. Yeah, gills below his ribs. I was thinkin’ that his amphibious anatomy would call for them to be placed just below the lungs where he would have a little more muscle control. Wish I could have displayed webbed feet also, but the options I had would have not been “human” looking. At least I think I gave the viewer what his powers abilities would be.
Cheers!
amsParticipantInspired by my son’s swim team which have the same name, here is WATERDRAGON! Amphibious defender of the sea.

amsParticipantLove the costume you picked out for your version of The Ankh. He has a more crime fighter feel than my version like Nightwing or Moon Knight. It rocks!
Cheers!
amsParticipantThat is an awesome image! What I like is how “soft” the portrait looks with the colors and shading that you have used.
Great blending! Cheers!
amsParticipantThanks to all!
@wolvie- very nice of you to say!
Here is an example of preliminary pic The Ankh. Check out the blog for my explanation.

amsParticipant@ J3loodT4lon – Glad you like it!
@ Maverik1313 – I’m going to have to pass on your concept. I’m not sure what I could do with it. Maybe next time.
