agatharightsParticipantThe face on that first one was a pain! I used one of the monkey heads under Head : Animals and blocked out the facial features with a couple of solid-colored circles. I do really like how it looks, though, gonna try to refine the body a bit until I can figure out what’s bothering me with it.
As for the other two, the only big problems seem to be that those T-rex legs are a pain in the butt! And I’m not sure what other features to lend on the eggmother there. I’m debating on giving her much more fearsome dinosaur-feet, but I want to add some nice ridges to the head and body…not sure what to do with it yet, though. Still gonna play with it, but any suggestions for features that might look good on her?
agatharightsParticipantThings have been a little hectic lately, but I have some WIPs I’m not sure how to finish one. One weird monkey-lion-thing and two ideas for lizard ladies that aren’t shaping up.
I really like the hips and thighs on that last one. Gotta find a good way to salvage those.
agatharightsParticipantThis was a ton of fun but man I need to stop tinkering with it so i can actually get around to making more of my own lizardladies!
More pictures as well as some slightly NSFW commentary over on my blog.
im never doing armor or this many layers of draped cloth again even what was I even thinking i just wanted to be done oh god the layers
gurl look at that body
blaaaablah
agatharightsParticipantI couldn’t resist, I’m a sucker for lizard ladies. nice, though! I like it- I love worldbuilding like that.
agatharightsParticipantAh! I absolutely love your designs and skill with character design, especially with your teams! Gorgeous work, man
agatharightsParticipantFeelin’ a bit burned out after a rough day, so I was fiddling with making some fanart of Mad Jack’s alien species, the Croa (which are absolutely gorgeous and in the running for the current Heromachine Contest on the blog) and ppblt it’s been a fun exercise! I tend to make things very simple and kind of bright, and colorful, so I dunno. She’s turned out a bit too cute. She? He? I’m not really sure, don’t know the Croa’s gender dimorphism, but I used a spare base for one of my own four-armed aliens.
agatharightsParticipantI’m probably gonna glitz her up a bit. I’m debating on how to do the Princess aspect, or if that should be a hidden trait. I believe the orc side of her heritage is where the Princess comes from? Not sure yet, gonna experiment with her for now.
agatharightsParticipantI don’t know how to summarize this story so suffice to say it ended up with us planning to make a DnD character who was a “Half-orc Cowgirl Princess”
agatharightsParticipantMade for the current Heromachine Contest. The little octopus-alien has a doctorate in Anthropology and is studying Humans! She wears the transport-suit in an effort to make humans feel more comfortable around her. It has…uh…mixed results.
agatharightsParticipantThat lightening sword looks like it’d make a wicked huge scar when scaled down, too!
agatharightsParticipant
Whipped up a cute quadguy, turns out most of this species doesn’t dress like they’re insane, but they do prefer less clothes over more in their home environments.
agatharightsParticipantOH GOD GIANT PINK ALIEN AMAZONIANS
They’re the same species as those big purple folk, who I’ve been doing some worldbuilding for which’ll be up here in a bit, but for now, here’s these guys. Psychically awakened, these women undergo a metamorphosis to become powerful psychic warriors, their abilities amplified by technology in this modern day and age. The pink coloration of their skin is a distinct and obvious result of their massive hormonal changes and body chemistry alteration, which marks their status as a sort of political warrior caste. In history, these individuals would happen rarely, but naturally, but the transformation can now be stimulated among individuals who pass medical and psychological examinations. But whatever oh god these ladies took forever and they’re dressed ridiculous but eh
what can you do with goofy fantasy sci fi races
This first one is a powerful psychic, who specializes in telekinesis, energy blasts, and psychic manipulation of opponents. She is the definition of “impractical outfit” to a hilarious degree I’m sorry but she’s ridiculous and I love it ahahaha
This next one is a fast, mid-range warrior whose psychic abilities grand her extrasensory awareness and physical control, allowing her to effectively enter the equivalent of “bullet time” and supercharge her weapon strikes.
I called this one “punch mchit” in production, and she turned out wonderful. She uses her abilities to form a protective psychic field around her, which allows her control over the kinetic energy of her body. Basically, she can punch the bajeezus out of things. Those are also boost shoes.
This woman is a heavy warrior, a living tank with swords. She can expand her shields to become a living battering ram, and is terrifyingly fast and agile despite her size. When in doubt, get out of her way.
agatharightsParticipantMade a dragon girl for a contest
agatharightsParticipantBeen a bit! Life’s been busy, but some things get done regardless!
Working on another blue lizard, this one a bit different in proportion. Maybe the male of the species? Or just a different race? Who knows! All I know is that trying to figure out what I wanted to do with her shoulders was driving me crazy.
Another one of the four-armed types, making a warrior woman. Still trying to figure out how to fit clothes on her, but for now I’m really happy with how her pose turned out, so…
And a heroine, made while futzing about. Syntactic Sugah, nanomachine-infused cyberwoman with armor, energy shields, and electrical bolts.
And really overzealous use of patterns.
agatharightsParticipantI’m happy to have helped! I really like the effect that doubling up on the pectorals makes,
as far as quad-armed characters go. Of course, now pretty much all the custom body bases I made are now rendered void by the new female-alternate bodies. Hee! -
