Mastermind is a villain who has a helmet that allows him psychic powers. He is your standard supervillain, except for one thing, he has a hero in his head. He had the misfortune to be reading a hero, Ultiman, while he died and unfortunately, the hero’s mind hitched a ride. So while he is working his plans, he has a little hero blaring at him about his misdeeds, like a loud and annoying conscience.

Ecclesiastes 1:9 may have said “There is nothing new under the sun,” but I don’t think I’ve ever seen a character like Mastermind. Kudos on an original and interesting character idea.
