And I’d say that the first design is probably my favourite. Pity you didn’t enter it, we’ve only got one take on Gold Hawk, and this is pretty damn cool. Plus I love the mask.

I’m sort of surprised by the love for the mask, to be honest. It’s three items combined in a very simple manner, but I guess it’s more than the sum of its parts. Heck, I’ll go and enter this guy anyway, I’ll just say the design was “inspired” by Gold Hawk.

Yeah, that mask is badass.

I personally prefer the first version, as well. The dark kilt colour makes you draw your eyes towards the insignia or the mask, rather than his crotch.

Hmm. So the kilt from the first version, at least. Alright. Then I just have to decide regarding the hair, the wings, arm decorations and a whole bunch of other things.

This is getting difficult, I should never have given you a choice. Well, here’s yet another tweaked version, then.

Since the other ones have been pretty succesful, I’ve been considering starting my own redesign contest. My own spin on the concept would be more like fantasy characters rather than superheroes.
Would there be interest in that sort of thing?
