    Name: Toxic Tank

    Abilities: super strength, has the ability to manipulate toxic chemicals.

    Background: a downtown street boxer that was near toxic chemicals.

    Enemy’s: anyone who thinks they are better then him.

    was bored so I didn’t really care for the background, hope you like the character plz give feedback. thank you!
