THE LEAGUE II (End of the 20th Century)

40 years after the creation and 15 years after the dissolution of The League I, Bodycount I’s daughter, Bodycount II, and her husband, Heavy Metal, formed a new League to keep Psyrcus from achieving his evil plans.

The Toba Twins, Mano and Mana, along with their pet Monte, joined in.

PSYRCUS (Supernaturals)

Fossor and Rossor rescued an alien from an underground army base before she was cut and opened for study. Gratefully, Grundin joined Psyrcus.

In a fight for the ownership of the town of Velorios, she defeated two creatures of darkness, Mist and Dragonsnake. Thankful for sparing their lives, they also became members of Psyrcus.

1ST LUSTRUM OF THE 20TH CENTURY

The League defeated Psyrcus but not without casualties. Heavy Metal was killed by Henker and Mano Toba by Cross.

Heavy Metal’s wife , Bodycount II, and best friend, Buckshot, avenged his death.  His widow became Heavy Bodycount. Buckshot took Heavy Metal’s and Henker’s blades and melted them into a giant one. He gave his shotguns to Grizzly and became Metal Blade.

With his last breath, Mano Toba was able to injure Cross. Mana Toba finished him up by driving both his spears and his brother’s through him.

Grizzly killed Psyrcus leader, Fossor, and locked his  twin brother, Rossor, in Velorios’ Asylum along with Shelly Flamy. This latter was victim of an electrified fence when she tried to escape.

In the heat of battle and rage for past issues, the creatures Mist and Dragonsnake killed who once defeated them in a fight, the alien Grundin. They ran away and hid in the forest, among the Shadows of Onidores. In exchange for their protection, they became servants to its ruler, Oldube Scythe.

Mana Toba, Metal Blade (back, left to right), Grizzly, Heavy Bodycount, and the newcomer Alchemist (front, left to right) formed the new League MMV.

2005

The town of Velorios was again under attack. That time by a supernatural, Oldube Scythe, Lord of the Shadows of Onidores, a invisible world (to the human eye) in the deepest darkness of the forest. He at will could turn into Amorpho, a powerful beast with a great appetite for destruction and very hard to defeat.

2005

Four common persons, without any super skills or powers, but with enough self-steem and wits to put up a good fight, formed Neighborhood Watch. They became League MMV‘s intel and, somewhat, back up in their battle for the protection of Velorios against the forces of The Shadows of Onidores.

Alfredo “Hand Cannon” Mercurio (middle), ex-sheriff of Velorios, joined in when battle ruined his morning coffee ritual. Tatyana “Goth Punch” Ratchenko (back), gold medal kickboxer, when her training to control her bad temper got interrupted. Walter “Shorty” Appletree (front left), expert skateboarder, when his means of transportation was eaten by Amorpho and built a faster, more powerful one. Thomas “Slugger” Thompson (front right), ex-baseball player, when his town was attacked and decided to bat some heads out of the field.

2005

Martha Whaler was a sea huntress. One afternoon, she was alone in her boat and a black thick mist surrounded it causing her to faint. When she was rescued, the doctor who attended her claimed she was pregnant. Martha argued that was impossible because of the obvious, but almost nine months later she gave birth to twin girls. As time went by, the sisters became aware that they have special powers; one could control snakes and the other crocodiles.

Cocco (left), Martha (center), Verdinosa (right) were the Whaler Girls and the fought alongside League MMV and Neighborhood Watch against Oldube Scythe and the dark forces of The Shadows of Onidores.

Oldube Scythe, his servants Mist and Dragonsnake, and his army of deadly Elgnis, attacked Velorios. In nearly a day, they enslaved those who didn’t perish in the battle and took them to do hard labor in the lava mines of the Shadows of Onidores.

2005

League MMV, Neighborhood Watch, and Whaler Girls – who were later known as Strike Force V – lost a battle against Oldube Scythe, Mist, Dragonsnake and the Elgnis. The Velorians who didn’t perish were enslaved and forced to do hard work in the lava mines of The Shadows of Onidores.

Yawe – a supernatural keymaster materialized from the ashes of Grundin by the powers of Cocco and Verdinosa – helped Strike Force V gained access to The Shadows of Onidores.

2005

With the help of the supernatural Yawe, Strike Force V gained access to Shadows of Onidores and threw a surprise attack on the army of Elgnis wipping out half of them along with the creatures Dragonsnake and Mist. The supernatural Oldube and the rest of the Elgnis retreated, escaped through a space-portal and stayed in a parallel universe until they came back for revenge… but that’s another story.

Strike Force V blew up the lava mines and drown Shadows of Onidores.

The freed Velorians returned to their town to give proper burial to their deads and move on with their lives.
