LucMemberMedusa
As an archaeologist searching some ancient Greek ruins, the villain now known as Medusa stumbled across a magical artifact known as “Medusa’s Mask”. After trying on the mask out of curiousity, she was transformed into the horrible beast you see now. The mask became locked onto her face, and being forced to live her life as a monstrous snake beast drove her to madness and eventually, villainy and joining the ranks of FIEND.

LucMemberVoid
A mysterious entity whose origins are under constant speculation by the other members of FIEND and the world as a whole. Some believe she is some sort of angry god, others think she may be an alien from a race far superior to our own, and still others theorize that she may be a being crossed over from another plane of existence entirely. Whatever the case, the being known simply as Void is feared as one of the most powerful forces not just within FIEND, but in the entire world, able to bend the very fabric of reality to her will.

LucMemberThunderbird
Anti-heroes walk a very fine line between brutal justice and flat out villainy, and every once in awhile these so-called heroes trip and fall onto the wrong side of that line. Thunderbird is one such case, once fighting to protect his homeland using a pair of large, electrified mechanical talons strapped to his arms. His methods gradually grew more and more extreme, until eventually even those he protected viewed him as a dangerous criminal. After joining the ranks of FIEND, IQ upgraded Thunderbird’s gauntlets with a pair of electrified energy wings that somehow allow him to fly despite being made of pure electric energy, a technology which IQ claims to be the only one to understand.

LucMemberGeppetto
Some villains just don’t like to get their hands dirty, and none hate it more than the villainous mastermind Geppetto. Once a widely respected robotics engineer, the man who would become Geppetto was commissioned by the military to develop an army of machines that could replace their much less expendable human soldiers. However while he was a technical genius, Geppetto was also lacking severely in the sanity department, and was thrown into a high security prison when signs of his mental state (and plans to take over the world with the army they asked him to build) were discovered. Although the real Geppetto still sits in solitary confinement, he still somehow manages to command his robotic army to do his bidding from within his cell. However, very few people actually know this and everyone else is instead lead to believe that one of his disguised robots is Geppetto himself.

LucMemberZero
The result of one of many experiments by FIEND’s resident cloning and genetics expert. “Subject Zero” originally fought along side one of the world’s many great heroes as a sidekick during his teen years but, like many young sidekicks, managed to get captured by a villainous mastermind who performed many twisted experiments on him to turn him into a tool for destruction. Many years later, after being spliced with a variety of mutant genomes, Zero has gained the ability to create special stasis fields, inside which he can alter the gravitational pull on objects inside of it.

ScatmanMemberGreat stuff man really dig Thunderbird and Geppetto!

LucMemberAgent
Formerly a highly trained Spec-ops agent for the United States’ armed forces, Agent went rogue against the government to fight its corruption… Or at least, that’s what he thinks. The truth is that Agent has a hard time seeing the difference between reality and fiction, and is just trying to live out his favourite action and spy movies. He believes himself to be the hero fighting against a morally corrupt system, when really he’s nothing more than a terrorist with a set of high tech night-vision goggles, as well as just another pawn for FIEND.

LucMember8 Ball Oracle
Another one of FIEND’s many mysteries, no one’s really sure just where the 8 Ball Oracle came from, or if there’s even a real person underneath that long flowing cloak of his. The Oracle is a rather odd prophet, seeming capable of viewing the future, but only ever communicating through cryptic messages via the large magic 8-ball he wears over his head… Or, maybe that is his head?

LucMemberArachna
Another experiment from the lab that created Zero, Arachna has had her genes spliced and altered as well as several bionic implants to give her several traits of, you guessed it, a spider. However, her allies fear her as much as her enemies, as she has a nasty habit of trying to feed on both heroes and villains alike, including her fellow members of FIEND.

LucMemberAnd as a little diversion from the FIEND stuff, here’s a random little robot fella.

LucMemberHydrophobia
Once a powerful psychic hero capable of casting his mind into any inanimate objects around him, who unfortunately fell prey to the vicious aquatic villain known as Predator. Struggling to hold on to his life, he pushed his mind into whatever was closest to him… Which turned out to be the ocean surrounding them, creating a new body made entirely of water. All that remains of his old body is his skull, now floating inside his new liquid head. Although they now both fight on the same side as members of FIEND, Hydrophobia harbors an intense hatred for Predator, often making attempts to attack him whenever they meet.

LucMemberIt’s almost December, and nothing says Christmas better than this…
Noel
Sometimes all it takes to create a villain is a delusional mind. Born with cryokinetic mutations and pointed ears, Noel has convinced herself that she’s… An elf from Santa’s workshop. More specifically, she believes that ol’ Saint Nick has stopped giving coal to those on the naughty list, and instead begun sending trained elf assassins after them. Needless to say, she’s got a few screws loose, and FIEND was quick to take advantage of this, manipulating her by saying they have a copy of the Naughty List.

LucMemberOvercharge
Cursed (Or blessed depending on who you ask) by a being claiming to be a sun god, Overcharge was given the “Mark of The Bomber”, a strange marking upon his arm the causes anything he touches to be charged with energy until it can no longer contain it all and explodes. Every time he uses this ability causes the mark to grow and consume more of his body, the force of his explosions increasing with every new inch of skin the mark covers. With nothing to lose after his mark caused the deaths of his wife and daughter, he turned to FIEND in search of a new home and family… Though he fears that if the mark consumes him completely, it could result in an explosion large enough to level an entire city, or even destroy the world completely.

LucMemberThis was originally going to be another FIEND character, but I wasn’t really happy with how it turned out in the end. May as well share it anyway.
