Hi Folks,
Long time user, first time poster. I’ve been using Hero Machine for many many moons (I actually purchased a copy of 1.0 to use on my old windows 98 machine) and I absolutely love the artwork it’s inspired.
When I started browsing the forums I was absolutely astounded by some of the artwork to be found here. I stopped thinking of Hero Machine as just a paper doll costume maker and started thinking of it as an art program. I don’t fancy myself in the same league as many of the talented designers here, but I have had a blast coming up with new ideas because of them.
So I hope you enjoy a few of my creations. ~Loclif

Super Hero Portraits:
A couple of characters from a mutants and masterminds campaign I’m in. The Clay Pigeon is a power armour wearing hero who got caught out of his shell by the villainous strength sucker known as Lamprey.
Also from the mutants and masterminds campaign, Dr. Kimberly Blaise. Genius scientist and fireball generating mutant.
The power armour of our erstwhile hero.
Another hero from the mutants and masterminds campaign.
Shade, the hedge witch.
James Kallen, an assassin known as Legend. No one has ever seen his face and lived.
The super villain Nova, solar powered and deadly.
The vigilante known as Kick Dude. He really likes classic Kung-Fu movies.
The villainess Lamprey, who is also depicted above.
Moving away from super heroes, this is Ian Campbell from a homebrew Battletech campaign.
Dorg the Reaver, created for an Against the Giants DnD campaign. His horse is named Ed and ended up killing more giants then half the party.
