Lady AmaranthParticipant: My old thread seems to have deleted itself when I tried to edit the opening post. So here’s round two.
I’ve been using HeroMachine for a few years and thought I’d make a space for some creations. I don’t plan on having a schedule for releases. Most of my creations I make are for D&D, Pathfinder, VTM, and other roleplaying games. I may also recreate my player characters from video games like Dragon Age (games where you customize the hero, not characters created by developers). For most creations I’ll write a description to explain who the character is and what game I use them for.
My first share is of my tiefling warlock, Searine. I created her when my gaming group and I tried 4th Ed. D&D for the first time. Needless to say she wasn’t played for long because 4th Ed. is pretty terrible. Even with the minimal time I had to play her, she remained one of my favorite character designs. She was played as stern and relatively humorless. Her ambitions were for furthering her own power and studying the fiendish bloodlines that coursed through her veins. Despite her temptations to the infernal, she was not evil and remained loyal to her party.

JR19759KeymasterAwesome work.
Yeah, don’t edit the first post on your thread. It marks the thread as spam and puts it in moderation. I can restore it if you want.

Lady AmaranthParticipantNah that’s all good. We’ll just roll with this one since it’s all set up and has a functioning image. Thanks though.
I managed to find the two Character Contests I had made a finalist in way back. They are numbers 56 and 57. In 56 we were to create a henchman and 57’s theme was Aquarius. My entries are the first images.

WorfParticipantSearine looks way cool, but do you have bigger versions of the pictures? Can’t see much detail at that resolution.

Lady AmaranthParticipantHere’s a large version of the last version.

Lady AmaranthParticipantAbove is an older creation and my first Pathfinder character, Narasdiss. She was a lawful-neutral inquisitor who was more than willing to use her iron gauntlet when diplomacy failed. Those who opposed her were granted a single chance to surrender and redeem themselves or face the wrath of her, her deity, and her party.

Lady AmaranthParticipantEra was my paladin of Pelor in 3.5 edition D&D. As an elven half-celestial, many turned in awe at her approach. Her griffin mount, Valkyrie, was a companion she had personally raised up from a cub. Leading the charge against any foe, she would swoop down from the heavens yelling the favor of her deity. There was no innocent soul that she wouldn’t fiercely protect.

Lady AmaranthParticipantI used to be part of a roleplay forum and the best story I was ever part of was one called Dungeon Keepers. The concept was taken after the video game of the same name. Basically everyone played an evil Keeper. Each Keeper had a theme and the ability to create a domain and minions. After you established your base and a few loyal grunts, the world became the playground for your evil desires. Ravaging human towns, building bigger & better armies/domains, seeking powerful artifacts, and vying for power against the other Keepers were the bread and butter of this RP. It was also the only one that I’ve been in where the story was played out to completion.
Ordine was my Keeper for the second iteration of this story. She was the Keeper of Order, being loosely inspired by the Elder Scroll’s Jyggalag. Her form and servants were ethereal beings that found biological forms to be inferior to energy ones. All of her minions were white or gold orbs of light bound to silver armor/machinery with red insignias. For Ordine, the ultimate goal was to force the world into a deterministic utopia where individualism, emotions, and chaos were concepts of the past. She titled her armies the “Pure Ones” for she saw them as unchained from their biological flaws. Their brand can be seen in the bottom image.

Lady AmaranthParticipantViri is my most recent Pathfinder character. She is a catfolk “unchained” rouge with the “cat burglar” archetype. Her face is mostly human with cheetah markings. The front of her body is hairless while the rest is covered in fur and spots. Viri quickly rises to the top of any thieves guild and has now gone out to start her own. Her favored weapons are dual daggers and a scorpion whip. She was able to gain a ring of greater invisibility from the party wizard thus aiding her natural skill. Viri’s armor is composed of leather and agile mithral.

Lady AmaranthParticipantHere’s my entry and winner of the 326th Character Design Contest:
Character Design Challenge #326 – RPG Character Classes: Round 5 – Rangers – Results
Elsapeth is a cervitaur (they have a different name in D&D but I have left that out incase it might cause a copyright issue) woman and the guardian of the Wispenglow, a huge expanse of enchanted woods. Her status in her herd stems from the many antler branches she has. Cervitaurs both male and female grow antlers. Every ten years of life gains them another branch in their antlers. As the oldest, Elsapeth naturally became the leader. Strangely no elves live in the Wispenglow. This has made the cervitaurs the main protectors of the woods.
Elsapeth herself is a ranger armed with a spear and longbow. She wears almost no clothing. What she does wear usually has a specific use like pouches and belts for carrying items. Otherwise she likes to adorn herself with the flowers of the woods.
As far as appearances go, her upper body resembles an elf. Where her legs would be however, is instead the body of a deer. She has sun-tanned golden skin, bright blonde flowing hair, and glowing cyan eyes.
Personality wise Elsapeth is something of a mystery to strangers. She is not easily excited and often mistrusting of travelers that find themselves in her lands. Those who try to seek her out have to prove themselves as friends before she will hear them out. To the forest beings and her herd she is a nurturing healer, a firm leader, and a wise elder.
Elsapeth was once convinced to leave her treasured woods by a band of adventurers. A fog that had been over the land to the north for hundreds of years had lifted. This fog had covered part of her woods and had not been explored in that time. With the haze dispersed, she longed to not only see this new section of her land, but to ensure the safely of the Wispenglow by scouting what lay beyond its edges
Edit: Switched image over from Photobucket to DeviantArt. The shadow under her had been added after the contest was over.
