Well, I’m glad that this idea is getting people excited, I’ve finished looking through old contests (Weekly challenges, Pop Quizzes, Colour My Character and Forum Redesign contests), so I should be ready to go with making the cards.
I think I’ll fill the remaining 6 spaces with Alexander Of Limbo, Herr D, Weilyn, Dionne Jinn, Nobody and Vengance, unless anyone has any better ideas.

Also, if anybody wants to help make them, the text file for the card base is in the second spoiler below, the first includes the scores for Blog Contest Wins, Forum Contest Wins and Forum Posts (I appologise for any mistakes and all post numbers are correct at time of writing). Keep the font for the categories the same, but you can change the font for the creator name. Ideally, we’d need 3 people (including myself) doing these so there’d be 10 each.
When doing the logos, do something that is easily identifiable to that creator (i.e. AMS’ red maple leaf, Atomic Punk’s gas mask etc), and don’t do any shading on them, just leave them normal, so they look like a set.

If you are going to make some cards, please post below which ones you’re going to make and, be aware, you can’t make your own. Be fair with the judging for the first 3 categories, I’d say use yourself as a baseline 5 and go from there.

When I know other people are going to be doing them I’ll set up a thread for them to be posted in.

I’m going to be doing the cards for Vampyrist (well, I’ve done the one for Vampyrist), djuby, Harlequin (though I may need someone else to look over those two, see if their scores can’t be brought down a bit from what I’ve given them), headlessgeneral, MisterDinoMan, Blue Blazer, Iscarioto, Alexander of Limbo, Vengance and Weilyn.

I apologise in advance if people are offended by the scoring, I’m not trying to degrade your work, I’m just trying to be fair. Not everyone can score 8 at the lowest.

Thanks for the nod! I’m going to “borrow” some cardstock from work so I can print the deck.

If you’re still taking suggestions, I nominate Zyp and PapaKrok. Though not active, Zyp has made perhaps one of the biggest contributions to HeroMachine with his shading and highlighting techniques. And PapaKrok is still out there. He had a recent bout but he’s not down for count!

Are Zyp and Papakrok on this forum, because if they aren’t it’d be a bit hard to do some of the categories (forum posts especially). If the UGO forums were still open it might not be so much of a problem, but as they aren’t it makes it a bit harder. I would have liked to include people like SeanDavidRoss in the set, some of the old-school machiners, but many people have disappeared since the UGO forums went.
Who would you suggest I take off the list to accommodate them if they are on the forums?

I am honored that you have considered adding me to the deck, but I know I am fairly knew to the community. If you think a more veteran member is more deserving of my place on the top 30 I would gladly give it up.

I don’t think either Zyp or PapaKrok made the transition. Zyp is all over the Hall of Fame, though. It is hard to follow someone if there are no footprints.

Wow. I’m pleased to have been mentioned in planning, and I’ve no idea how to play such a game.

My logo would be easy enough. The ‘bang’ from wordballoons containing ‘?!’ would easily describe my effect on most people. And I would be truly honored to be the card you play when you want to see your opponents raise their eyebrows, clap twice, belch, shrug, and say “Mee-meep!”
