The backstory for the Alpha Six Defense Corps is pretty good.
Thanks, MDM! I’m trying to make more in-depth backstories for my characters. I’m glad you like it.

HudsonParticipantHere’s a close up of that sentient automaton guy in the above picture. I think I’ll call him Alpha 6-A, since he’s in charge of the others. As you can see, there’s been a little security breach at the Alpha Six HQ, and 6-A is left to defend it.

HudsonParticipantAfter being captured and injected with a mysterious serum, Marshall Tomlin discovered his ability to turn anything he touched to stone, as well as the power to give parts of his body increased strength and durability with a thought. His captors were the masterminds behind Project Bishop, an alliance of scientists aspiring to control the United States by creating a super-powered army. They renamed Tomlin “Stone Age” and sent him on top-secret missions that resulted in many casualties. Before they could “create” more than ten, however, Rex Raider (that police officer in one of the above pictures) was able to reverse the brainwashing inflicted upon Tomlin and convince Tomlin to join him. The two then destroyed the Project Bishop headquarters and captured the men behind it. Now, Tomlin is an agent for the good guys, along with Rex Raider and the young Storm Warning.
[Note: This is Tomlin as he appears when under the control of Project Bishop. He looks much different after joining Raider and reclaiming control of himself, so I plan to make an image of him as he currently is.]

HudsonParticipantHmm…I don’t have many villains on here, do I? Well, here’s one. His name’s Red Tide.

HudsonParticipantJust a heads-up to my fellow Heromachinists…I haven’t disappeared! I’m back at school now, so I don’t have as much time for relaxation
But don’t worry, I still read the blog, even if I can’t reply as much. Sorry if I worried people…September 22, 2012 at 10:46 am #11290
HudsonParticipantHello, HeroMachine world! I’m back! I’ve finally had the time to make a character to my standards…let me know what you think. I’ll try to do a few more, maybe even a Zodiac series since they’re pretty popular. But for now…Here’s Water Mage!

HudsonParticipantAs planned, here is my latest creation, the Zodiac’s centaur Sagittarius. Let me know what you think, I’d particularly appreciate feedback on the face and hair.

HudsonParticipantAnd here’s the constellation Leo. I was thinking of Leo’s myth, where Heracles duels the Nemean Lion, defeats him, and the lion is sent into the stars instead of dying. I tried to capture the beginning of the battle here.

HudsonParticipantCan you tell this Viking warrior got more than he bargained for?

HudsonParticipantSince everyone else is doing it, I went ahead and took an old character I’d made using HeroMachine 2.5 and recreated her for HM3. Let me know what you think…

So which one do you prefer?October 12, 2012 at 5:25 pm #12138
HudsonParticipantOkay…it’s no secret that I love Halloween. So be on the lookout for some Halloween-themed characters appearing on this thread in the next few weeks, because I’m definitely going to get to creating
