D&D Character Request?

Hello there!

I’m new here and rather upset. For some reason, HM is not working well on my laptop, and it can’t access it at all on my cell phone, so I was wondering if anyone was taking requests for characters. If anyone is interested in designing her for me, here is some very basic info about her:

Rachel do’Elana
Human Female
Cleric (Selene) Level: 1

Physical:
Age 19
Height 6’0″, Weight 190 (Slim, athletic build)
Eyes: Hazel
Hair: Raven black (Waist length, straight, tied back in a ponytail by a silver cord)
Skin Reddish tan.
High cheek bones
Sharp, hawklike nose
Long, slender face

STR 15, DEX 16, CON 14, INT 13, WIS 18, CHA 17

Weapon: Scimitar
Armor: Studded Leather Armor Vest (Black with silver studs)

Clothing (worn):
Black pirate shirt
Black harem pants
Black knee-high leather boots
Large silver hoop earrings, silver bracelets, silver necklace with moonstone pendant
Blood-red sash tied around waist

Rachel is from the desert but is currently in a medieval-style city, so if you want to do a background, either desert or city would be fine, but no background is okay too.

I’d greatly appreciate any help I can get!

I did forget to mention that she has a small silver crescent moon on her left cheek – the mark of a priestess of Selene. As far as a pose, perhaps a battle stance with both hands gripping her scimitar, or maybe standing erect with feet slightly spread, scimitar in right hand and left hand raised in front palm out as though she were saying “Stop!” Or casting a spell.

Okay, so I whipped up a pose.

Obviously this is a very rough sketch, but let me know if it looks okay, and I’ll work from there.

Also, while I have played tabletop rpgs for the better part I have to admit I’m not entirely familiar with D&D, so as the portrait progresses I may miss or add something that definitely should or shouldn’t be there, respectively. If so, let me know. Not that I would strap an assault rifle to her back or anything, I know the basic gist of the setting, but not any of its finer details.

The pose looks pretty cool! Just wondering why her scimitar is turned around backward, though?

Well, the so called ice pick grip can be superior in defensive situations or when you want the blade out of the way when you, for example, are casting spells.

And, you know, I just think it looks kinda cool

Ah, okay, I’d never heard of the ice pick grip. I like 1 and 3 the best. I’d say go with 3.
