The Hypno is a small time thief using hypnotic methods of various means to pull of his heists. Clark is his name, a poor boy trying to give his Gran a comfortable few last years. It gets to a point that Limbo starts to notice his daytime shenanigans and they are at odds for a while, until Limbo discovers Clark’s motives and persuades Clark to use his gifts to better ends.
Among others to join the Liberator’s battle (limbo’s father) was an archivist, now librarian, named Ian. He provided logistical support and went by the name of Scribe. He had a son, Micheal that he raised to become the new face of the vigilantes. Micheal became Torchbug. After The Urban Wolf started contacting the old vigilante group Scribe sends out his protegee, who outdoes Limbo multiple times, but is ultimately saved by him many times as well. They treat crime fighting as a friendly competition.This character i ultimately called ‘Magpie’. However DC owns that one so if anyone has a good name for her i’d be happy to take it (must be after a black an white bird). She was a top notch dancer, however like many of the crazies popping up she too was scarred by the unnamed character and let loose. PS She likes to throw knivesOops the above was a lie
Some time late in Limbo’s vigilante career a mercenary group attack his city ferociously. One of the mercs is Domino, a demo expert whom likes to play a game (beginning with ‘d’) with large buildings.
For the remakes i decided to try out two different costumes, which one’s your favorite?
The Bomber is another Merc type character. He designed an acidic substance that when it has a current pass throygh it becomes explosive. Using the substance he can use small vials as either explosive bombs or acid bombs.The Smuggler also works for Black Heart, importing his drugs through the docks. He is the first port of call (if you’ll excuse the dock pun) of Limbo as he tries to get to Black Heart. Limbo ultimately ends up killing him, and suffers a mental numbing as this was his first kill.(sidenote: i wanted the head to look like this:
which is a lot more mask like, and realistic than it turned out. Any ideas?)
