Here is Quinn Blaine, a mutant whose face was disfigured into a permanent grin by antimutant bigots. He currently is de facto leader of the Outcasts, a group of mutants who live on the fringes of society due to debilitating mutations (my version of the morlocks). His humorless manner is only broken during a fight where he cannot stop laughing. He uses his sound manipulation to create a cacophonous laughter, disorienting and terrifying his targets. This feature as well as his forced grin has led to his nickname of the Laughing Man.
