I think he’s talking more about the pose Harlequin not the effect. And if I’m right that would have to be something created, either by yourself or someone else. It’s kind of hard to describe what to do to make a pose. The best advice I can give is use Harlequins image as a reference. And try to use the different body parts to make your image work to that.
