Bio:
He is a being from outside our galaxy. Dominion uses his Hypno-Staff to bend the minds of others to his will. He has amassed a large army of followers and is bent on world domination. He was defeated and imprisoned by Team Justice in 1957 after his staff was taken and hidden on the planet Mars. He sits in his cell to this day vowing revenge on the now aged heroes.
