Randall can create a form of supernatural electricity, which he calls “ghost lightning” with his hands, which can bring back the dead. An escaped insane convict, Deadbolt uses these undead zombies to do his evil, twisted bidding. He controls his decaying minions through a hive mind connected with his own. Deadbolt’s costume consists of a skeleton sewn on to black fabric. The bones of the skeleton have been pieced together from his many victims.
