Suffering from a rare disease, Jeffrey’s skin ages in a day what most people’s age in 30 years. Roughly once every 27 hours, his skin peels off. But what is most surprising is that when his skin sheds, below it is new skin, along with entirely new features. He looks like a completely different person each time. Needless to say, this makes him an ideal “get-in-get-out” kind of criminal. When he signed on with the villainous group the Swarm, he had a wicked-looking dagger crafted for him to slice and dice his enemies.
