Bio:
During the early half of his life, Roy grew a bizarre and unhealthy obsession with colors. As an adult, he turned this obsession into a way of life when he began a career as the masked criminal Chromo. He would only commit crimes having something to do with one or more colors. Though Roy is hardly a force to be reckoned with, he seems to have luck on his side because although he rarely succeeds at the robberies he attempts, he also always manages to escape to annoy the heroes of Caligo another day.
