So as one of the stipulations of last weeks contest was no armour or protective gear, guess what this weeks contest is.Yup, this week I want you to design the best suit of armour you can. You can do anything from medieval fantasy, through modern police riot gear, to a sci-fi storm-trooper like protective suit (though obviously not a storm-trooper suit, that's copyright).

Also, because I obviously didn't make this clear last week, I AM ONLY JUDGING THE COSTUME YOU PRODUCE. NO FACES, NO NON-STANDARD POSES AND NO BACKGROUNDS. Hair is only allowed if it is part of the costume. That is all.

So, those of you who've been around a while will know the drill on costume based contests, which is what this is, but for the sake of those of you who don't here's a quick run down. What I want you guys to do this week is design the best costume you possibly can. It can be from any genre, you can do everyday clothes, fantasy gowns, a superhero costume etc. The only things I don't want are armour or protective gear, that's another contest for another time. You don't even have to bother doing anything with the character or pose and the only reason you will need to do hair is if there is a hair-piece/ hat that goes with the costume. This is because I will only be judging you on the creativity of your costumes.

Anyway, what I want you guys to do for this weeks challenge is to create a new race of aliens. Now the catch is you must show at least two variations of the species you create in the same picture whether those variations be male/ female, adult/ child, different classes (e.g. soldier & worker) etc. that's up to you, but you must show at least two obvious variations. How you show these variations is also up to you.

This week, your challenge is to create your own fictional currency using heromachine. You can do coins or notes, or, if you want to go down a different route, gems and similar valuable items that are often used a currency in games, so long as you show the value of the unit of currency you are entering (you don't have to compare it to dollars or anything like that, but putting a number on a coin or note would be a good idea).

Ok guys, for this weeks contest I want you to redesign or redo one of your old characters. Everyone has characters that they've done in the past and everyone should have improved since they did those characters, so let's see how much you have improved. Please bear in mind though, that to qualify you must include the original picture of the character you are redesigning. Oh, and obviously, only redesign your own character. It should be blatantly obvious, but just so there's absolutely no confusion.

Ok guys, a more technical challenge this week. What I want you to do is to create TWO characters (in the same picture obviously). Now there are two catches. First, neither character can be in the standard forward facing pose. Second, you must have a male and a female character. So you have to create a non-standard pose for both a male and a female character. I will be judging on the complexity of the poses, how well you have costumed the characters in conjunction with the poses and how the two characters interact with each other.

Ok guys, for this weeks challenge I want you to create some form of map or chart. The map can show just a city or a country or even a continent, it can be a treasure map or a navigational chart. However, the locations shown on it must be fictional, so don't just grab the world map from the backgrounds section and plot places on it, that's just being lazy. Try to be as detailed as possible because a good map shows more than just "this place is here and that place is there".

Fairly simple challenge this week. What you are required to do is to create a character who has one or more tattoos. The basis of this challenge is to test your creativity when it comes to item usage, masking and colour, so don't expect to mask an insignia to an arm and win, I'm looking for intricacy more than anything.

Ok guys, this weeks challenge is based around one item.If you go to Backgrounds- Furniture, on the last page there is a TV screen. You must use this item in your creations. Also, you must show some sort of TV show on said screen. The show can be anything you want (so long as it's not an actual real TV show, because of copyright reasons), you can do a quiz show, news, sports match, drama etc. I would also like for you to include the room that the TV is in as a background. So, to sum up, you must:

• Use the TV from the last page of Background- Furniture
• Include some sort of program being shown on the TV
• Show the room that the TV is in.

Any entries that don't meet these three requirements won't be counted.
