Info: Jack Evans was a scientist who worked with radioactive and electric equipment. One night he was brutally attacked in his lab and was beaten to an inch of his life. The thugs hooked up all of his machinery together to one EMP bomb. As the bomb detonated all his equipment shot a blast towards his body and eradiated him while electrocuting his body. He ran from the building while screaming in pain. As he entered his home he collapsed on the floor. The days he took to heal his injuries were ones of discoveries. He found that he had gained superpowers and would stop at nothing to bring justice to his city
