This character i ultimately called ‘Magpie’. However DC owns that one so if anyone has a good name for her i’d be happy to take it (must be after a black an white bird). She was a top notch dancer, however like many of the crazies popping up she too was scarred by the unnamed character and let loose. PS She likes to throw knives
