Bio:
Conner’s body naturally creates strong electrical charges. However, he is unable to shoot this energy from his hands. He therefore requires a conductive object in order to electrocute his enemies. To avoid having to use close-in combat by actually laying his hands on them, the Eel fashioned himself a whip composed of metal links. With this weapon, he is able to shock his victims from a usually safe distance. He is a member of the Sinister Society.
