Once a notable scientist in the field of psychic advancement, Dr. Malcolm Havercamp was driven insane in a late-night experiment in which he used far too much power to tap into his own mind. Unfortunately, he was given the ability to create tangible objects mentally. There seems to be a size and weight limit to what he can produce, but if he understands the entire composition of an object, he can create it. These objects are unable to exist in light for more than half an hour before dissolving into nothing. Though he is physically pretty unimposing, Doctor Vision is one of the most powerful villains around.
