Dwayne Gunderson, “Dewey” to his friends, was a computer technician at Brainstorm Industries staying up late one night working on a new “vaccine” for a destructive new computer virus. But a surge of electricity actually transferred the computer’s information, including the virus, into Dewey’s neuroligical circuits. When he awoke, Dewey found that he had gained the power of technomancy, or the ability to mentally control the actions of computers and other electronic devices in his vicinity. Now known as Dewey Decimal, he helps Caligo’s police department fight crime using his unique talent.
