Came up with a rather humorous character, and made him on a whim. He has no powers (just regular human, but strong and good fighter). He has two wrist mounted ‘herbal-mist ejectors’ (
) that he uses to immobilize enemies by, well, getting them stoned. Part of my ‘Silly-verse’, featuring humor based characters.
