Info: Aken was a young human when Ra chose him to be the ferryman to the ship Meseket. Meseket is the only link to the underworld Duat. As a young man he took the position given to him by the Gods with honor, however as he aged he became bitter. The Gods could grant him eternal life but could not share their eternal youth. Eventually he would decompose down to nothing but skeleton, and take on the name of Death the Grim Reaper. Not the first or only to bare this title.
At some point Aken received a Biohelm, fashioned into that of a Ram. It is like this that he appeared to Horus, as Horus’ journey into the Duat began.
