A former Seabee, Chance was not recruited to be a member of General Rockford’s elite anti-terrorist team The Dogs of War because of a long list of commendations. In fact, it was just the opposite. Chance was notorious for his bad attitude which always saw him at odds with his superiors, mostly because he usually knew more than them about ocean-going. Tough, crude, and self-centered, Chance has been in hundreds of fights with all sixes and shapes of people – and he’s won all of them. Rockford chose Chance to represent the Navy in the Dogs of War because he knows that given the right motivation and respect, Chance will be a loyal asset. Codenamed Bluejacket, Chance has a deep love of booze, dirty jokes, and even dirtier women.
